Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Django Developer with hands-on


experience in building robust, scalable, and secure web applications. The
candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced development
environment and handling end-to-end project responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python &
Django

Build and consume RESTful APIs

Optimize application performance and database queries

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers

Handle deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications

Participate in architecture and technical discussions

Technical Skills Required (Experienced Level):

Strong expertise in Python & Django / Django REST Framework

Experience with ORM, Migrations, and Query Optimization

Advanced knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL

Experience with API authentication (JWT, OAuth)


Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or background task processing

Working knowledge of Linux server environments

Experience with Docker (basic to intermediate)

Deployment experience on AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS

Understanding of Nginx, Gunicorn

Experience with Unit Testing / PyTest

Version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

Professional & Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Good communication and documentation skills

Time management and deadline-oriented approach

Mentoring junior developers (added advantage)

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into


technical solutions
