Production
has been only 80% of the total sales.

H-Constraint production capacity due to equipment maintenance. Therefore, the planned production
volume has to be adjusted based on the equipment production capacity. The theoretically required
warehouse volume was replaced by produced volume and the demanded sales was replaced by actual
sales.

A- Demand of product was fluctuating over the period. Production time was ascertaining. Order time
depends on the market scenario.

P- Equipment Preventive measures are to be taken. Sales forecasting over the period of time has to be
done. Production lead time to be decreased.
