TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All permissions regarding the site / existing structure and construction will be obtained by you.
Soil Bearing Capacity report to be provided by you for foundation design.
All common infrastructure works like Pathways, lights, music, Restaurant, fencing, toilets, etc, not
included in the cost and will have to be done by you.
All Civil construction, Fabrication, erection painting to be done by you. We would provide
Structural Designs at nominal extra fees.
Costs are ex works Pune. Transportation would be extra on actuals.
Statutory Taxes (GST) extra as actual.
You need to provide Electricity, Water, Storage room during the work.
JCB/ Hydra/ Crane to be provided by you during erection process.
Any legal matter subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
You need to provide travel, accommodation, boarding and lodging of our project team.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% advance payment with confirm work order.
30% before dispatch of all materials and equipments on site
15% on commencement of installation works on site
5% balance payment upon complete installation before handover for operations.
