Drive our product strategy and shape the future of digital payments. You'll lead our remittance, wallet, and card
products, orchestrate critical partner integrations, and build innovative solutions that transform how millions
handle cross-border finances. Your role will be instrumental in scaling our platform across multiple markets
while ensuring technical excellence and user satisfaction.

+ What You'll Do
• Develop and execute program roadmap for payment platforms across US and LATAM markets
• Lead technical integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech providers
• Drive agile development practices and ensure efficient product delivery
• Own platform architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Implement risk management and compliance frameworks
• Build and mentor cross-functional product teams
• Optimize product performance and track key metrics
• Coordinate with UX/UI teams on user experience design
• Present strategies and results to executive leadership

+ What We Need
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• 4+ years product/project management in fintech or banking technology
• Experience scaling products across multiple markets
• Proven track record delivering Financial Services technology platforms/systems
• Expert in agile methodologies with relevant certifications
• Experience managing banking integrations and API implementations
• Track record of successful partner/vendor management
• Understanding of security and compliance
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
