Daily Routine for Energy and Balance

This routine will help you improve your mind, body, and energy. If you follow it regularly,
you will slowly see strong and positive changes in your life.

■ 1. Wake Up at the Right Time

Try to wake up between 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM. This is the best time when your body can
absorb positive energy.

Also, the time between 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the evening is important. These two time
periods are very powerful for balancing your energy.

■ 2. Take a Cold Water Bath

Always take a cold water shower. It helps to activate your body and refresh your mind.

While bathing, pour water slowly on the top of your head (crown area).
Do this 3, 5, 7, or 9 times, as you feel comfortable.

At the same time, chant this mantra:

“Om Gam Gam Gam Ganapataye Namah”

This mantra helps remove obstacles and brings positivity.

■■■■ 3. Meditation Practice

After your bath, sit for meditation.

Sit on a mat or cloth (do not sit directly on the ground).

You can sit in a comfortable position like Padmasana or Sukhasana.
Start with 15–20 minutes, and slowly increase the time.

instantly, but when they come, they will be strong and life-changing.

If you stay regular, you will feel:

More calm and focused

Better control over your thoughts
Positive changes in your life

■ Consistency is the key to success.
