to assist you in constructing database and viewing information. Microsoft Access is Relational
Database Management System (RDBMS) that you can use to store and manipulate large amounts of
information.

Ans. When you finish working in access, be sure to exit program to properly avoid damaging your
database.
• Click on File. File menu will appear.

Ans. In MS Access, views refer to the different ways a database object (such as a table, query, form,
or report) can be displayed and worked with. Each view serves a specific purpose to help users design,
edit, analyze, or use data effectively. There are two types of views are used in MS access for tables
like design view and datasheet view.

Ans. Menu bar contains different menus that are used to issue commands. Each word on menu bar
represents a different menu. A menu provides groups of related commands to perform different
functions.
13. What is the use of title bar in MS-Access?
Ans. The title bar identifies the database application you are running in Microsoft Access. On the left
side of the title bar is program control icon. User can also use the minimize, maximize, restore, close
buttons on the right side of the title bar to control the MS-Access window.
14. Define Scroll Bar and its use.
Scroll bar is used to scroll around the sheet by clicking the scroll arrows at either end of the scroll bar
by dragging the scroll buttons in the scroll bar.

Ans. Toolbar contains icon button that are shortcuts to the commands in the menu. Toolbar make it
easy to use the program's most common feature and functions. The buttons on the toolbar can
