SITE INSTRUCTION
This pertains to the ongoing project CLUSTER 1 INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET
LIGHTS SARANGANI PROVINCE under contract with your firm.

The following are the findings listed:


1. Anchor Bolts are undersize.

Thus, you are directed to:


1. Remove and replace delivered Angle Bars into 5mm thick.
2. Install railing bracket circle tube support on the base of the railings.
3. Install 12mm thk. end plates on the connection of G.I. Pipe posts and trusses.
4. Install 12mm thk. Gusset plates on the connection of G.I. Pipe railings and base
plate.
5. Install 100 x 150 x 3mm splice plate connector staggered at c-purlins, welded at
spliced connection
