1. WELCOME OPENING
📌 Host: Priti Singh | Duration: ~3 min

Good morning, everyone!

I hope you all are doing well and feeling energized today.

I am Priti Singh, and it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to today's event.

This is not just another tech session — this is a space where ideas, creativity, and innovation come
together. Welcome to the Tech4Hack Hackathon!

Before we dive in, let me ask you a few quick questions to get the energy going:

[ AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT QUESTIONS ]

• Raise your hand — how many of you have participated in a hackathon before? Amazing! And for
those who haven't — today is your first, and trust me, it's going to be a great one.
• How many of you came here today with a project idea already in mind? Let's see those hands!
• And finally — how many of you are ready to build something impactful in the next few hours? I
want to see every single hand up!

Fantastic! That is the energy we need today.

Today is all about learning, building, and pushing your boundaries. Whether you are a first-timer or a
seasoned builder, today you will walk out with something more than you walked in with.

So sit back, stay engaged, and get ready for an incredibly exciting experience ahead. Let's make this
day count.

2. TECH4HACK INTRODUCTION — BY YASH GOYAL

📌 Speaker: Yash Goyal (Lead, Tech4Hack) | Duration: ~3 min

To kick things off, let me take a moment to introduce the platform that made today possible —
Tech4Hack.
Tech4Hack is more than just a community — it is a movement. Born from a vision to bridge the gap
between academic learning and real-world innovation, Tech4Hack has grown into a dynamic platform
where passionate minds meet, collaborate, and build.

At its core, Tech4Hack believes that every student has the potential to create something meaningful —
and all they need is the right environment, the right mentors, and the right opportunities. That is exactly
what this platform strives to provide.

From organizing hackathons to hosting tech talks, workshops, and hands-on sessions, Tech4Hack has
consistently created spaces where learning goes beyond textbooks and ideas turn into real impact.

The community is led by two incredibly passionate individuals:

• Yash Goyal — the Lead of Tech4Hack, a visionary who has been instrumental in building this
community from the ground up. His dedication to fostering innovation and providing students with
practical experience is what drives Tech4Hack forward.
• Naitik Kumar — a fellow and key pillar of Tech4Hack, who has played a vital role in organizing
events, mentoring participants, and bringing the TRAE platform into this hackathon experience.
His passion for technology and community building is truly inspiring.

Together, they have built something special — a community that grows stronger with every event,
every team, and every idea that gets turned into a project.

To share more about this incredible journey and what Tech4Hack stands for, I would like to invite the
Lead of Tech4Hack — Mr. Yash Goyal — on stage.

Please give him a big, warm round of applause! 👏

3. TRAE SEGMENT — BY NAITIK KUMAR

📌 Speaker: Naitik Kumar (Fellow, TRAE) | Duration: ~3–4 min | Interactive Session

Thank you, Yash, for that wonderful and insightful introduction.

Now, let us move forward and explore something truly exciting — something that is at the heart of
today's hackathon: TRAE.

[ BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO TRAE — ~1 min ]

So, what exactly is TRAE?
TRAE is an AI-powered IDE — an intelligent development environment designed to supercharge how
developers write code. It goes beyond a typical code editor; TRAE understands your intent, assists you
in real time, and helps you build faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

Think of TRAE as your co-pilot while you code — it brings AI assistance directly into your workflow,
reducing friction and helping you focus on what truly matters: building great things.

Today, TRAE is not just a tool you will use — it is a mandatory part of your project. Every team is
required to integrate and use TRAE in building their solution. This is your opportunity to experience
firsthand how AI-assisted development changes the game.

[ INTERACTIVE SESSION — ~2–3 min ]

To walk us through TRAE in detail and answer your questions, I would like to invite Mr. Naitik Kumar —
fellow of TRAE — on stage.

Let's welcome him with a huge round of applause! 👏

📌 [ Naitik to conduct interactive demo/Q&A with audience on TRAE usage ]

4. MINIMAX SEGMENT — BY NAITIK KUMAR

📌 Speaker: Naitik Kumar | Duration: ~3–4 min

Thank you, Naitik, for those valuable insights on TRAE.

Up next, we have the MiniMax segment — and this one is particularly exciting.

MiniMax is an advanced AI model platform that empowers developers to build powerful, intelligent
applications with minimal resources and maximum impact. It represents the philosophy that great AI
should be accessible to everyone — not just large enterprises, but students, indie developers, and
builders like you.

In today's hackathon, MiniMax opens a door for you to explore AI-powered features in your projects —
whether that's natural language understanding, content generation, multimodal capabilities, or smart
automation.

This segment is about smart solutions and innovative thinking — the very things that define today's
tech world. MiniMax is the kind of tool that lets you punch above your weight.

To take us through the MiniMax platform and its capabilities, I would once again like to invite Mr. Naitik
Kumar on stage.
Please join me in welcoming him! 👏

5. HACKATHON KICK-OFF
📌 Host: Priti Singh | Duration: ~3 min

And now — the moment we have all been waiting for.

It is time to officially kick off the hackathon! 🚀

Participants, this is YOUR moment. This is your opportunity to showcase your creativity, your technical
skills, and your ability to work as a team under pressure. The clock starts now.

[ TEAM FORMATION ]
You may now form your teams. If you haven't already, please scan the QR code displayed on the
screen and fill out the Google Form to register your team.
Solo participation is also allowed, so don't worry if you're flying solo today — some of the best projects
come from individuals with unstoppable focus.

[ HACKATHON GUIDELINES ]
• Duration: You have 2–3 hours. Use every minute wisely — there is no time to waste.
• TRAE is mandatory: You must use the TRAE platform and incorporate its features into your project.
Projects that do not demonstrate TRAE usage will not be evaluated.
• Originality: Build something new. Do not submit pre-built or previously submitted projects.
• Team conduct: Be respectful to fellow participants, mentors, and organizers at all times.
• Submissions: Make sure your final project is submitted through the official link before the deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Resources: You may use online resources, open-source libraries, and public APIs — but the core
idea and implementation must be your own.
• Judging criteria: Projects will be evaluated on Innovation, Technical Complexity, Practical Use of
TRAE, UI/UX, and Presentation.

Think big. Work smart. Build something impactful. Let the hackathon begin! 🎉

6. LUNCH BREAK
📌 Host: Priti Singh

What an energetic start! You all are absolutely amazing.

We will now take a short break for lunch. Please use this time to step away, recharge, and come back
ready to push even harder.

A quick note on the lunch process — we will be letting participants move in batches to avoid congestion
at the cafeteria. The teams at Tables 1 and 2 may head to the cafeteria first. Tables 3 and 4, please
continue working on your projects and we will call you shortly.

Please be mindful of your belongings and your workspace while you step out. We will resume shortly.

Enjoy your lunch, and we will see you back here in a few minutes!

📌 [ After everyone has returned and settled ]

Welcome back, everyone! I hope you are well-rested and recharged. We have some exciting things
ahead — let's get right back to it!

7. JUDGE ROUND
📌 Host: Priti Singh | Add judge names in the PPT slide before this segment

And now, we move on to one of the most important segments of the day — the Judge Round.

I am thrilled to introduce our esteemed panel of judges for today's hackathon. These are experienced
professionals and industry experts who have volunteered their time to evaluate your work and provide
you with invaluable feedback.

[ WELCOME THE JUDGES — Add names below before the event ]

• Jury 1: [Judge Name] — [Designation / Company]
• Jury 2: [Judge Name] — [Designation / Company]
• Jury 3: [Judge Name] — [Designation / Company]
• Jury 4: [Judge Name] — [Designation / Company]

Please join me in giving a warm round of applause to welcome our incredible jury panel! 👏

[ TABLE ROUTING FOR JUDGING ]

Here is how the judging round will work:
• Teams at Table 1 → Please proceed to Jury 1
• Teams at Table 2 → Please proceed to Jury 2
• Teams at Table 3 → Please proceed to Jury 3
• Teams at Table 4 → Please proceed to Jury 4
Each team will have a few minutes to present their project and answer questions from the judges. Make
sure your presentation is clear, concise, and highlights your use of TRAE.

[ INTERACTIVE QUESTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS — Host to ask before judging starts ]

• Before the judges begin their rounds — let me ask all participants: What was the biggest challenge
you faced while building your project today, and how did you overcome it?
• How did you integrate TRAE into your solution? What was the most exciting feature it helped you
add?
• If you had 24 more hours, what would you add or improve in your project?
• What problem does your project solve, and who is the target user?

These are exactly the kinds of questions the judges will be diving into. So take a moment to think
through your answers, speak with confidence, and remember — the process matters just as much as
the product.

All the best, everyone! Make us proud. Let the judging begin! 🎯
