A priority routing network is implemented by a sequence of multiplexers and comparators.

An if-
else statement implies a priority routing network. Develop RTL Verilog code to implement the
priority routing network shown in Figure below. The inputs a, b, c, m, n and output r, are all 4-bit
signals.
