Guide: Writing a Daily Routine (Beginner)

1. What is a routine?
A routine is something you do every day.
Example: I wake up at 7:00.

2. Steps to write a routine


Think about your day: morning, afternoon, night.

Sequence words: First, Then, Next, After that, Finally

3. Simple sentences
Structure: Subject + Verb + Complement
Example: I go to school at 8:00.

4. Vocabulary
wake up, brush teeth, take a shower, have breakfast, go to school, do homework, watch TV, go to
bed

Time expressions
in the morning, in the afternoon, at night, at 7:00

5. Grammar: Present Simple


I wake up at 7:00.

6. Example routine

Finally I go to bed.
