Stress (like anxiety/panic attacks) can cause hair shedding months later.

Oily scalp + heat + sweat can worsen it.

- Conditioner on ends only

Tuesday – Rinse / Light Conditioner

- Water rinse or small conditioner on ends

Wednesday – Shampoo + Conditioner

Thursday – Rest (no wash)

Friday – Shampoo + Conditioner

Saturday – Conditioner only or rinse

Sunday – Full rest

IMPORTANT:

- Don’t shampoo daily

- Don’t apply conditioner on scalp

- Rinse sweat when needed

HAIR TYING:

✔ Loose braid / low ponytail / claw clip

■ Tight ponytails / tying wet hair

TIPS:

- Massage scalp gently

- Use wide-tooth comb on damp hair

- Avoid brushing dry curls

NUTRITION:

- Eat protein (eggs, fish)

- Eat iron-rich foods (leafy greens)

- Drink water

NOTE:

Hair loss from stress is usually temporary and reversible.
