Internationalization strategies : theories of internationalization, modes of operation in
international business, export and import strategy, country evaluation and selection
Unit IV
Forms and ownership of foreign production : types of collaborative arrangements, licensing, joint
ventures and consortium approaches, managing international collaborations
Unit V
International business diplomacy : negotiating an international business, issues in asset
protection, multilateral sentiments
Unit VI
Globalization and society : globalization with social responsibility, ethical dilemmas of labour
conditions, ethics and the environment, legislation for anti-competitive and unfair trade practices, role
of artificial intelligence in international business
