SUBJECT: BASIC TECHNOLOGY (PRACTICAL) CLASS: 9 TH GRADE
INSTRUCTIONS:
i. Answer all questions
ii. Use all necessary drawing instruments and materials
iii. All dimensions are in millimeter
iv. Credit will be awarded for good draught manship
v. Show all construction lines
1. Draw on the sheet provided, the border line and the title block with the following
information:
a. Name b. School c. Examination Number d. Scale Used e. Date
2. Use the following steps to construct a triangle:
a. Draw line AB=70mm
b. Construct angle 600 at A
c. Draw line AC=80mm at 600 to line AB
d. Draw line CB
e. Measure line CB
3. Use pencil, pair of compasses and ruler only:
a. Construct a circle of radius 40mm and divide the circle into 12 equal parts
4. Draw line AB=110mm and divide it into 8 equal parts
5. Use isometric projection method, represent the drawing below to a scale of 1:1;
