ACT 1
Sang: Hi, do you know any aid agency? I have this $200 and I want to
donate it to an aid agency.
Oudom: Well, I’m a good aid agency.
Sang: Great! What kind of agency are you?
Oudom: We’re a Microloan agency. We get money that others donate,
and loan it to people who need it, so that they can start a small business.
Sang: Wow! That’s lovely.
Tell me more about your agency.
Oudom: Our Microloan Project has been giving microloans of $200-
$500 for a long time now. We loan it to farmers, and small business
owners in the poorest countries. 98% of the money collected are paid
back to the recipient.
Sang: Wow! I’ll think about it
ACT 2
Sang: Hi, I have $200 and I want to donate it to your agency, but before
I do that, I want to know more about your agency.
What is your agency name?
Hong: our agency is called No Strings Attached.
Sang: What does your agency do?
Hong: Our agency provides direct cash to families in the poorest
countries. We have already helped 15,000 people lives better.
Sang: Wow! That’s impressive.
Hong: And also, 85% of the money collected goes back to the recipients.
Sang: Thank you. I’ll think about it later.
ACT 3
Sang: Hi, you must be the Give a Goat agency.
Raksa: Yes, I am.
Sang: Cool, tell me more about your agency.
Raksa: Our agency give goats to poor people that have no skills and jobs
to make their lives better.
Sang: How does the goats affect the poor people?
Raksa: They can get milk from the goats to sell or to feed themselves.
Sang: Is there any other ways to use the goats?
Raksa: Yes! When the goat have babies you can sell the baby goat for
cash. And for people who donate they will get a photo with the Goat.
