INTRODUCTION

Theproposedproject“Human ResourceManagementSystem”hasbeendeveloped to the paper

is used to maintain efficiently the HR department schedule of any type of company. In larger
organization, employees are large. At that time this paper is useful and helpful. HR
Management system is not only becomes a desire of the company but it becomes the need of
the company. The Administrator gets into the system using admin name and a password.

It is about managing the Administrator of is basically concerned with HUMAN

RESOURCE Department in a company. A Human Resource Management System
(HRMS), refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between human resource
management (HRM) and information technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in
particular its basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field,
whereas the programming of data processing
systems evolved into standardized routines and packages of enterprise resource planning
(ERP) software.
SCOPE OF SYSTEM

 Human resource management refers to the strategic approach to managing and

organisation’s work force.
 It involes the requitment selection hiring and on boarding of employees,as well
as managing their performance, development and overall wellbeing.
 Prepare and lead the other organization through better performance of human
resource management.
OBJECTIVE

 Human resource management system helps in attaining its goal by

providing well trained and motivated employees.
 Employees are trained with skills and knowledge.
 Human resource management encourage and assist every employee to
release their potential.
 Human resource management establish and maintain self respecting
and internal satisfaction.
 It brings out maximum development of members of organization by
providing opportunities .
 It develops and maintain quality of work line.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

 Thepurposeofthisdocumentistodescribethefunctionalityandspecificationsofthe
designof a web application for Managing Employees .

 The expected audiences of thisdocument are the developers and the

management of the web application
.
 Now with the help of thissystem the management has the information on his
finger tips and can easily prepare a good recordbasedontheirrequirements.

 Finally, we can say that this system will not only automate the process but
save the valuabletime of the manager or the management, which can be well
utilized by his institute.

 This will be anadditionaladvantage and managementofpowerbased

FACT FINDING TECHNIQUE

A software product always begins with the customer’s needs. These

needs initially are either in the mind of the customer. Sometimes it is present in
the existing practice where the need is to automate a current manual process.
These software requirements which are there in the mind of the users are
usually informal and not general.

This phase basically converts these informal needs from the user into a
set of formal requirement.

This phase ends up with the SRS (System Requirements Specification).

The Requirement Phase has three stages:

1. Problem Analysis: The goal of problem analysis is to obtain a clear

understanding of the requirements of the client and the users. This involves
interviewing the client and the end users.

2. Requirement Specification (SRS) : The SRS makes an Agreement

between the user (client) of the system and the developer on what the software
product will do.

3. Requirement Validation: It validates whether the requirement

specification document does not have any error in it. The common errors that
may occur are incorrect fact, inconsistency and ambiguity.
FEASIBILITY STUDY

Technical Feasibility:

This software is very much technically feasible. This software is very muchconcerned
with specifying equipment and the software will successfully satisfy almost all
themanagement requirements. The technical need for this system may vary considerably
but mightinclude:

1. Thefacilitytoproduceoutputinagiventime.
2. Responsetimeundercertainconditions.
3. Abilitytoprocessdata ataparticular speed.
Therefore, the basic input/output of data is identified. So, the project can easily be
build up andit will alsobetechnicallyfeasible.

Economical Feasibility: The project is very much financially feasible. The

implementation anddevelopment costofthissoftwareunderthereach ofany college.

Moreover, it requires some training for the use. So, training cost can be neglected andthe
resources of this software are very much available. It also reduces the labour and extra
[Link], itisfinanciallyfeasible.

Operational Feasibility: As motioned earlier that the resources are easily available and
the cost of training isalmost negligible. Sometimes situations may arise when it may not
be so much easy. For aperson completely unaware of using a computer system could
result in a training cost or for
