A. Doner registration
Donor Registration: The donor must first complete the
registration process at this phase, which entails filling out a
form with personal information about himself, including his
name, registered address, phone number, blood type, and age.
The donor will be notified when the nearest blood requestor
(hospital) needs blood, and the application will include
contact information for that location. Figure 2 represents the
home web page for the donor to register his information.
B. Admin registration(Hospital)
The hospital who needs blood needs to request blood by
giving his details like required people, contact number of the
user, current location of the hospital. Once requested, the list
of the nearby donors will be displayed and are going to be
notified. Figure 5 represents the flow chart of the log in
process for all users to the proposed management system.

The customer service department will make sure that the
donor ends his donation with a confirmation message sent to
him and a reminder that he can donate again after three months
from his last donation. They will also connect the hospital
with the donor and can monitor the stock bags of blood in each
hospital and the states of the emergencies for any hospital
need donor. Additionally, they will assist the donor if he has
any queries or is facing difficulty using the mobile application.
With responsibility to add or delete donors or hospital for
any reason, they will manage the request of the information in
the database, as show in figure 6.
