Working as Assistant Manager in Process Engineering /QA QC Department From Oct 28,
2003 to Dec 16, 2011.
CAR PLANT:
I was working in car plant and looking after Quality Assurance Department as Deputy Manager.
Here I am dealing with Land Rover (England) and Chevrolet (General Motors Daewoo Korea). I
am responsible for the quality of both products and am working on process Improvements, using
Japanese Management Techniques. I have recently developed Quality Assurance System for
Chevrolet and have reduced 35 to 1defects per car. I have modified coordinate measuring
machine in coordination with Malaysians.
TRUCK PLANT:
I was transferred to truck plant as a Deputy Manager for the improvement of process in which
following responsibilities are given to me to enhance the production.
In truck plant I introduce a system NRFT (Non Right First Time). By this system we can understand
live issues in well manner. By applying NRFT we are able to reduce defect/unit, however we are
using this system and issues are reduced from 50 to 5 defects/unit.
