Weekly Hair Care Routine for Hair Growth &

Dandruff Control

Monday: Oil massage (coconut + castor oil). Leave overnight or 1 hour.

Tuesday: Wash hair with mild or anti-dandruff shampoo. Leave shampoo 3–5 minutes before
rinsing.

Wednesday: Rest day. Focus on good diet and hydration.

Thursday: Apply natural treatment (aloe vera / curd + lemon / neem paste). Leave 20–30 minutes,
then rinse.

Friday: Light oil massage (optional). Wash after 1 hour if needed.

Saturday: Wash hair again with shampoo. Keep scalp clean.

Sunday: Rest and focus on nutrition, sleep, and stress control.

Important Tips:

- Wash hair after heavy sweating

- Avoid scratching scalp
