Title of the Project : Self Reliance

Student Reflections:

Member 1 : N. Subramanian

A. What did our team do to finish our project?

We did our project as a team in all the aspects. We made sure we all have equal contributions in the
different constituents of the project.

B. Which part of the project did we find hard to do?

The interviewing part was the difficult to me as people were shy and were not cooperative at first.
Many refused to take photos which added to the difficulty.

C. What were our observations while working on this project as a team?

The main observation was that better communication between the members enabled us to make
plans and execute them with great efficiency.

A. What did our team do to finish our project?

We made sure that we interacted regularly and contributed to each part of the project making sure
there is some part that we did in each aspect of the project.

B. Which part of the project did we find hard to do?

The tough part was making sure the questions asked were understood properly by the people and
analysing different opinions and summarizing them without losing their meaning.

C. What were our observations while working on this project as a team?

We observed that good coordination reduces stress. We also learned that most people believed in
self-reliance and told us to learn to be independent as it builds confidence.

A. What did our team do to finish our project?

We did the project as a team and planned the different parts together making sure we participated
in each activity of the project.
B. Which part of the project did we find hard to do?

I personally found that the compiling of questionnaires and writing report to be difficult.

C. What were our observations while working on this project as a team?

We observed that the world that we are set to face is very different from what we imagined it to be.
It was understood by us that wisdom is not gained through books but through real life experiences

A. What did our team do to finish our project?

Our team did the project with our utmost care and responsibility. We made sure we enjoyed each
part of the project so that it may be completed without any hinderances.

B. Which part of the project did we find hard to do?

The report writing and compiling part proved to be difficult for me while the interviews were
rejuvenating to me.

C. What were our observations while working on this project as a team?

We observed what the world has to offer once we exit school and the hardships we are going to
face. This project also gave us and opportunity to test our teamwork.
