Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-
destructive testing on site.
Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.

Co-ordinate the Welding related works in workshop & client site.
Ensure the welding documents like WCS, WPS & WPQ. Inspect the welding through UT test.
Site Surveillance for the work carried out are as per approved procedures, specification and drawings.
Supervision/Inspection for Static Equipment include Padding, Elevation, Position, Orientation, Verticality,
Levelness, Platform & ladder, Vessel Internal work, Leak Testing, Loading of catalyst, chemicals, Vessel
Box-up, etc.
Supporting Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.
Updating the daily Inspection Status and closing out RFI's without delay.
Control and achieve documentation for the completion of the project.
Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.
Elaborating inspection and test programs.
Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
