Sub: Declaration and Continuation of Base points for commencement and
termination of leave, extension of period for another 5 years w.e.f. 01.04.2026 to
31.03.2031.
In continuation to this Ministry's letter No.11-27012/11/2017-PF.I (CF-3382411)
dated 13.06.2022 on the subject mentioned above, I am directed to convey the sanction
of the competent authority for continuation of existing Base Points for commencement
and termination of leave for the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2031 in respect of all
CAPF (BSF, CISF, CRPF & SSB) personnel, other than ITBP, as mentioned below:

2. This issues with the concurrence of DoP&T vide their ID note No. Z-20025/03/

12.03.2026.
