The insulators supply intimation letter against the NOA (Spec No-55, NOA-75/ [Link]-
243/24, Dt.08.03.2024) has been received from M/s CREW (P) Ltd in the above reference cited.

As per the reference [Link], Assistant Executive Engineer/ O&M/


Kurinjipady is instructed to check measure the insulators listed below and issue three copies of
MRC (Material receipt Certificate) within three days. Out of the three copies, one copy to be
submitted to the SE/CEDC/Cuddalore and one copy issued to the authorized person of M/s
CREW (P) Ltd and one copy to the check measuring officer.

The Document from Sl no 1 to 3 will be produced by the Contractor at their store during
the check measurement.
