Installation.

Install tester. (Make sure manipulator balance with the tester)


Install PC
- Monitor- Supply control box
- Mouse, keyboard, - USBconnection)
- USB accessory cables
- GPIB cable
Install DMM
- Power supply - Check the fuse value setting. (220V if the DMM is getting its
power from the AC Control Box).
- DMM connection – From Rear panel of DMM connect to back of system
resource box
*If connect is at back the button terminal should be pressed into rear terminal
Install Tester
- Power supply tester 415v (Check incoming volt at socket plug)
Calibrate Tester
- Make sure all instruments detect (use cmi command)
*/opt/ltx/ltx_os/bin/cmiService
- Open terminal type %launcher -m (maintenance) and press launch
- Before running clear all text at dataviewer
- Main menu. Select file > Tasks
- Select task checker, calibration and verification and execute.
- Makesure select all tasks including mainstreet loadboard
- Put mainstreet loadboard (when message display)
* Load mainstreet board (swipe latch and press load)
- Makesure all Checker, Calibration, and Verification are pass
- Save datalog data viewer at folder (home/prod/PM)

Change tester name (Login as root)


- Type %gedit hostname (change localhost to dmdx88)
- Press save
- To check hostname type %more hostname

- type %gedit hosts (add dmdx88)


- To check hosts type %more hosts
Configure tester
- Type %cd /ltx /service /config_tester dmdx88
IP Address, Gateway and Netmask (Login as root)
- Open terminal type %cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
- Type ls
- more ifcfg-eth0
Installing VNC (Login as root)
- Open terminal type %rpm -qa | grep vnc
- Type ls -al | grep tiger
- Type rpm -Uvh (copy server module)
- Type rpm -Uvh (copy server)
- Type rpm -Uvh (copy icons)
- Type rpm -Uvh (copy tiger vnc 1st line)
