Computers are used in many different areas in today society.

However, it’s very


important in educational sector because it brings a lot of values for students and
teachers. So, who spend much time using computers for their education. This essay
will discuss both benefits and drawbacks of this topic and show my opinion about
this issue.

Using computers is more and more developed and have a lot of benefits in teaching
and learning. Firstly, in school, using computers with helps teachers show some
pictures, videos related to their lessons. It can help students actually understand
about lesson to their lessons. For example, some social subjects like history, it’s
quite boring to overcome this, so teachers will show videos, photos about it .This
make students feel interested and elated when learning, so students can understand
more about the heroic history of our culture .Besides that, with English subject to
help students can review vocabulary, grammar, teachers can created many websites
like Quizzes, Blocket,… Secondly, computers enable us to access to a vast amount
of information and education resources, make learning of students more interactive
and engaging. For instance, in computers have some software tool like AI will help
learners easy to find information and learners can also watch education videos,
take online courses, which help them better understanding complex topics.

One major drawback when using computers in learning is that making students
depends more on technology .Some students using computers other goals other
beside studying. But if students depend too much on computers, who neglect
traditional learning methods .For example, when we meet a difficult question in
homework instead of finding about knowledge of this lessons, they search answer
in computers, this thing make us lost reflexes when they are too reliant on
computers. Otherwise, when using computers with high frequency will make us
feel tired, to have sore eyes leads to near-sight.

In conclusion, although the use of computers in education may have negative


effects like dependence and health issues, it brings us some advantages such as fast
accessing information and it’s a tool supporting in our own working of us too
much. So, we should balance the use of computers with traditional learning
methods and see it as technology tool supporting we studying.
