OPENING YOUR PLANNER

BOSS Personal Planner


DOWNLOAD
Open the download link and
click “Download” for each file
EXPORT TO
GOODNOTES
Once the PDF file(s) opens,
you can export them to
GoodNotes or the annotation
app of your choice.
IMPORT TO
GOODNOTES
If you use GoodNotes, it will
open the app and give you a
prompt to import.

Select “Import as New


Document”
YOU’RE READY TO PLAN!
That’s all, now you can use the planner in GoodNotes
USING TABS
In order to use tabs, you have to toggle the read/write mode.
Click the button in the top right corner to toggle on/off.

COMMON TOOLS OVERVIEW
• Read/write - Toggling allows you to navigate in read mode or use editing tools.

• Undo/redo - As you write, you can undo if you made a mistake or redo a change you undid.

• Pen - Write on your document

• Eraser - Erase writing or highlights

• Highlight - highlighting tool

• Shape tool - Add different shapes to your document

• Lasso tool - Grab text or writing to move around

• Text - Add a text box to type text

• Contextual area - Depending on the tool you are using, such as the pen, highlighter, or shapes tool, you
will have different options such as color or thickness.
ADDING COVERS
1. Open the cover file in
GoodNotes or Notability
2. Select the cover you want
3. Click “Copy Page”
4. Go to planner PDF file in
GoodNotes
5. Paste cover at the beginning of
the file
