Subject: Request for Consideration Regarding Missed Final Exam (ENG 102)

Respected Chairperson,

I hope you are well. I am writing to explain my absence from the final
examination of ENG 102, Section 39.

On the morning of the exam, I suddenly became ill with severe stomach pain
and diarrhea, which left me extremely weak and unable to attend the
examination. I informed my course faculty, Mr. TAA, who kindly assured me
that he would forward the matter to the department.

Throughout the semester, I maintained full attendance, remained punctual,


and completed all course requirements with good performance. Missing the
exam was completely unintentional, and I sincerely regret it.

I respectfully request your kind consideration for a makeup final exam or any
alternative arrangement deemed appropriate.
