Subject: Request for Revise Result and Grant Attendance Relaxation Due to Medical Condition

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Rohit Kumar Meena (23/EC/171), respectfully submit this application to request a review of my
examination status and attendance record for the recent semester.

As per the published results, I have secured a total of 20 marks combining my mid-term and end-term
examinations. Since the passing requirement is 33 marks, I understand that I have fallen short.
However, I am not aware of the exact internal marks awarded to me. I would like to bring to your
attention that I have completed all assignments, class tests, and internal components throughout the
semester to the best of my ability. Therefore, I sincerely believe that my internal score should be
above 15 marks.

I was informed that I have failed due to detention from the examination. However, my name does not
appear on the official detention list, which has created confusion regarding my eligibility and
attendance status.

Additionally, I would like to explain that my attendance fell below the required criteria due to a medical
condition. I have been suffering from a bulged back injury, which causes severe pain and stiffness,
especially in the mornings. Due to this, it was difficult for me to attend early classes regularly or on
time, despite my genuine effort to be present whenever my health allowed. This medical issue
significantly affected my mobility during that period, resulting in unavoidable absences.

Additionally, I must apply for an ATC internship in May, but the presence of an active backlog is
preventing me from proceeding with the application. Clearing this issue is essential for my academic
and career progress.

In view of the above, I kindly request the following:

1. Re-evaluation and clarification of my internal assessment marks,


2. Clarification of my detention status, as my name is not on the detention list, and
3. Consideration for attendance relaxation on medical grounds due to my back injury, so that I may
not be unfairly penalized.

I assure you that I am committed to maintaining better attendance and performance in the coming
semester. I shall be sincerely grateful for your understanding and kind consideration of my situation.
