 Use a USB call center-style headset.

 A quiet background is a MUST. Turn OFF your fan/AC or anything that may
cause a hissing/buzzing sound in the recording. Put some distance from
your microphone when you speak. Check and configure the audio settings
of your desktop/laptop before recording.

 The script has to be read CLEARLY with HIGH ENERGY and you need to
SOUND EXCITED! These are keys for us to know if you have what it takes to
join our team.

recorded line regarding NEW AFFORDABLE
HEALTH PLANS. Are you insured now?”
