Work experience
Process daily payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and
completeness, and maintain a payments tracker for timely updates.
Prepare journal entries and bank payment vouchers with correct
coding and process them in SAGE Accounting software.
Assist in bank reconciliations by identifying and resolving
discrepancies and updating transaction records.
Balance accounts, ensuring all payables, receivables, and staff
accounts are accurately recorded and supported with
documentation.
Maintain an efficient filing and archiving system for financial documents,
ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Support audit preparations by ensuring all relevant financial
