1. DTH Machine should be physically in good condition. #
2. Registration number should be written. #
3. Head & tail light are in working condition. #
4. Wire rope shall be free from damage (No Kinss and broken wires) #
5. Condition of piling tools in good condition without any damage. #
6. Wiper should be in running condition.
7. Auger transmission drive rod & link system without any damage.
8. Is the Clutch/brake / hand brake working in good condition? #

9. Rotating part of gear box should be covered by fixed guard. #


10. Are the machinery’s / equipment’s in piling activity tested by #
competent person and pre-entry inspection done before?
11. Front & reverse horn. #
12. Is the out rigger in working condition? #
13. Operator have valid and suitable license. #
14. Is the crawler chain in good condition? #
