The MERN Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications
using the MERN (MongoDB, [Link], [Link], [Link]) technology stack. This role involves collaborating with
cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions that meet bu siness requirements and deliver
exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Stack Development:
Design and implement web applications from front to back using the MERN stack (MongoDB, [Link],
[Link], [Link]).
Develop responsive user interfaces and interactive features using [Link], JSX, and client-side
libraries/frameworks.
Build RESTful APIs and server-side components using [Link], [Link], and MongoDB for data storage
and retrieval.
2. Database Management:
Design and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Implement data models, collections, and relationships to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Perform database administration tasks such as backup, restoration, and monitoring to maintain data
integrity and availability.
3. Server-Side Development:
Develop server-side logic and business logic using [Link] and [Link] to handle client requests,
authentication, and data processing.
Implement middleware, routing, and error handling to manage HTTP requests and responses effectively.
4. Front-End Development:
Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using [Link], HTML5, CSS3, and front-end
libraries/frameworks.
Implement state management, component lifecycle methods, and UI components to deliver seamless user
experiences.
Optimize front-end performance and user interface responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
5. Version Control and Deployment:
Utilize version control systems such as Git for code versioning, branching, and collaboration with other
developers.
Deploy web applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) or server environments using CI/CD
pipelines and deployment tools.
Skills:
Proven experience as a MERN stack developer or full-stack developer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant
projects and skills.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong knowledge of the MERN stack components (MongoDB, [Link], [Link], [Link]) and their
respective ecosystems.
Experience with building RESTful APIs, server-side routing, and middleware using [Link] and [Link].
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB) and database modeling/design principles.
Expertise in front-end development using [Link], JSX, and front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., Redux,
Material-UI).
Understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility,
and accessibility.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Cut-off: 60% and above throughout academics.

STIPEND (W.D.):
Salary: upto INR 10,000/- Monthly + Performance Bonus for the
first 6 months.
Full time Salary :- INR 2,80,000
