About the Program
The course BA (History, Economics, Politics) is an
undergraduate academic program that offers a
comprehensive and multidisciplinary study of
three crucial disciplines: history, economics, and
politics. This course aims to provide students with
a well-rounded understanding of the social,
political, and economic forces that have shaped
and continue to shape societies and nations.
Andhra University has combined these three disciplines online where students are
encouraged to develop a holistic perspective on societal development, political
decision-making, and economic policies. They learn to analyze issues from different
angles, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Eligibility:
Intermediate or + 2 or Two years ITI or APOS or NIOS Or Polytechnic Diploma
or Veterinary or Agricultuer Diploma or any other equivalent examination
satisfying 10+2 years of study.
Duration: 3 years Mode of Examination: Online (MCQ Pattern)
- Objectives:
To develop a comprehensive understanding of historical events, economic
theories, and political principles.
To foster critical thinking skills and analytical abilities to analyze complex
socio-economic and political issues.
To explore the interconnectedness between history, economics, and politics
to gain a holistic perspective on global affairs.
To prepare students for careers in academia, public policy, research, and
related fields.
To enhance communication and research skills through writing papers and
presenting findings on historical, economic, and political topics.

University.

Social Status (Reservation Category), if applicable.
NCC/NSS/SPORTS participation certificate, if participated.
Special Category : AIRFORCE/ ARMY /MILITARY/ NAVY/ DIVYANG/
Date of Birth proof (If mentioned DoB in SSC same can be uploaded, otherwise
only Govt. issued DoB certificate is to be uploaded. Notarized certificates will not
be considered).
Photo– Should be good as it will get printed on examination OMR sheets and also
final certificates ,Passport photo with Blue or white background.
Signature– Student own signature is to be uploaded as it will be used at the time
of Examinations & Assignments.
ABC ID Card Proof Compulsory.

Mobile Number & Mail ID : Type Personal Mobile number and mail id as they are
going to be used to access Leaner Portal.
Students who joined in Apprenticeship program were not allowed to migrate into
normal program at any time during the course of study.
All original copies to be uploaded. No Xerox Copies allows as document proof
