ABSTRACT
The rapid growth and widespread diffusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have
significantly transformed both scientific research and modern society. AI-based systems are
now deeply integrated into diverse domains including healthcare, education, engineering,
economics, environmental science, and public policy. As the computational power, availability
of big data, and sophistication of algorithms continue to expand, AI applications are becoming
more autonomous, adaptive, and impactful. This rapid advancement calls for a comprehensive
and interdisciplinary reflection on the long-term implications of AI development. The
Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN), an international organization
dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary science, education, and science policy across borders,
presents a collective vision developed by its Advisory Board members and leading AI experts
to evaluate the role of AI in shaping the future of science and society.
