"A bailment is a delivery of a god by one person to another for
some purpose upon a contract that they shall , when a purpose is
complished, be returned are otherwise disposed off according to
the direction of the person delivering them " according to section
148 of contract act 1872 .
Silent features:
1)Delivery of good
Delivery of movable good from one person to another
It creates relationship between bailer and Bailey
2)There must be a contract
3) delivery must be for a specific purpose
4) return a disposal of property deposited

Types and kinds of bailment:


1) deposit ( it's specific to give possession to other person)
2) hire ( to rent something for a specific time)
3) pawn ( girwi rakhna kisi cheez ko ) is also called pledge
