Sonidos

Aquí tienes la guía definitiva numerada (del 1 al 68 para los regulares) con el
truco para cada sonido:

1. El sonido /id/ (El más fácil)

Solo usas este sonido si el verbo en presente termina con el sonido de las
letras T o D.

* Truco: Si intentaras decir la “d” sin la “i”, se te trabaría la lengua (ej: wait-d).
Por eso añadimos la “i”.

* Ejemplos de tu lista:

* * To wait -> /uéit-id/

* * To need -> /níd-id/

* * To want -> /uónt-id/

2. El sonido /t/ (Sonido seco)

Se usa cuando el verbo termina en un sonido “sordo” (donde no vibran tus


cuerdas vocales al final), como P, K, S, SH, CH, F.

* Truco: Pon tu mano en la garganta y di “cook”. Al final (/k/), no hay vibración.


Por eso el pasado suena seco.

3. El sonido /d/ (Sonido suave)

Se usa para todo lo demás. Es decir, cuando el verbo termina en sonidos


“sonoros” (donde sí vibra la garganta) como L, N, R, V, G, B, Z o cualquier
vocal.

* Truco: La mayoría de los verbos entran aquí. Es una “d” muy suave, casi ni
se nota la “e”.

* Ejemplos de tu lista:
