Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the Data Analyst/Business Analyst position at Deloitte.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Information Technology (CGPA: 8.47) at
Adhiparasakthi College of Engineering and will graduate in May 2025. My foundation in
analytics, paired with my hands-on training and certifications, has equipped me to
contribute effectively in data-driven and collaborative environments like Deloitte’s.
During my internships at Lucas TVS and Vcodez Innovating Ideas, I developed strong skills in
analyzing, modeling, and visualizing data using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel. My work
included building interactive dashboards, performing ETL processes, cleaning and
transforming data, and applying machine learning techniques for anomaly detection. For
instance, I led the development of a Power BI dashboard that achieved 90% reporting
accuracy for EHS audits, directly supporting management decision-making and compliance
monitoring.
My academic and project experience spans business analytics, data cleaning, data
storytelling, and creating end-to-end solutions that streamline workflow and improve
process efficiency. I hold advanced certifications in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Tableau, and
have consistently focused on data quality, integrity, and actionable insight delivery.
Although my background is rooted in broader data analytics rather than domain-specific
roles in credit risk, I am enthusiastic about building expertise in regulatory analytics, data
migration, and risk frameworks like Basel III. I am a fast learner, and I am proactively
pursuing self-learning in financial data systems and regulatory documentation to bridge any
domain gaps and support the success of your credit risk advisory team.
I thrive in team settings that value innovation and high performance and am eager to
contribute my technical ability and analytical mindset to Deloitte’s culture of excellence.
Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my skills
can benefit your team.
Sincerely,
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan
