for developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Front-End Development
• Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UI using modern
JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or [Link].
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect design mockups.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
2. Back-End Development
• Design and maintain scalable server-side applications using [Link], Python, Java, or
similar languages.
• Build and manage RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend logic and database
operations.
3. Database Management
• Create, maintain, and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Write efficient queries and ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery protocols.
4. API Development and Integration
• Develop robust, secure APIs for third-party integrations and internal use.
• Implement version control, authentication, rate limiting, and error handling
mechanisms.
5. DevOps and Deployment
• Use CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Manage cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor app performance and resolve scalability issues.
6. Collaboration and Agile Participation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and
QA engineers.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
7. Security and Compliance
• Implement secure coding practices and regularly audit applications for vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated on best practices for data privacy and compliance standards (e.g.,
GDPR).

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in front-end languages/frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
React/Angular.
• Experienced with backend technologies: [Link], Python, Ruby, Java, etc.
• Strong knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Familiar with RESTful API design and integration.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
