DISCIPLINE RULES
ICG upholds a culture of respect, responsibility, and academic integrity. All
students are expected to maintain discipline and adhere to the college’s code of
conduct. The following actions will result in serious consequences from the
college administration:

[Link] meetings, gatherings or birthday parties without prior approval
from the Principal, Vice Principals or Section Heads.
[Link] or use of cell phones, cameras, iPods, or other electronic devices
on campus (confiscation, fine and retention for one month will apply). She will
be issued Disciplinary warning as well.
[Link] the canteen during class hours.
[Link] should come in proper neat and clean uniform; coloured clothes are
not allowed. Students coming to College for Examination/ Practical must wear
their College Uniform otherwise they will not be allowed to take the
Examination/ Practical.
[Link] in fights or brawls, which will be referred to the Discipline
Committee and reported to the Principal, Vice Principals or Section Heads for
appropriate action.
[Link] or encouraging to consume the drugs, narcotics and cigarettes or
alcoholic products is strictly prohibited. Any student found indulging in these
shall be expelled or suspended from the college.
[Link] of funds from students even for worthy cause, also buying or
selling things is not permitted without the written permission of the Principal/
vice Principals.
9. A student served with three disciplinary warnings can be expelled /
suspended by the College administration

UNIFORM DETAILS
The uniform reflects discipline, equality, and a strong sense of belonging within the
institution. Students are required to strictly follow the dress code throughout the academic
session.
College Section
• White cotton shirt (knee-length) with coat collar and stitched cuffs in the
designated class colour
• White cotton shalwar
• White dupatta with class-specific ribbon. XI Year (navy blue ribbon), XII Year
(light pink ribbon), BS English (sky blue ribbon), BS Chemistry (bottle green
ribbon), BS Psychology (mauve ribbon).
School Section
• Blue cotton shirt (knee-length) with coat collar and stitched cuffs.
• White cotton shalwar
• White sash
Footwear: Only black shoes are permitted as part of the daily uniform. Joggers, sandals,
sleepers and other high heeled, non-standard open footwear are strictly prohibited.
Winter Apparel: College students are permitted to wear a navy blue blazer and black
cardigan. School students are allowed to wear a navy blue blazer and V-neck blue
sweaters. Zippers, hoodies, Jackets, long coats, long sweaters, and shawls are not
permitted.
Headwear and Scarves: Students may wear white/ black scarves. These should be worn
in a manner that maintains the professional appearance of the uniform. College girls can
also use college dupatta in place of scarves properly. Dupatta should be wear properly not
in form of sash/V.
Grooming and Cosmetics: Makeup is not allowed on the college premises. This strict
prohibition applies to all cosmetic products, including (foundation, eye liner, eye lashes,
eye shadows, mascara, lens, blusher, eyeliner, lip liner, lip gloss, lipstick, nail polish,
coloured extensions, colourful catchers, clips, pins and fancy hairdo) and mehndi.
Only black /white hair accessories are allowed.
Nails should be properly filed.
Jewellery and Accessories: The wearing of jewellery of any kind—including gold or
artificial jewellery and expensive and fancy wristwatches—is strictly forbidden.
