🔥 PERFECT NIGHT ROUTINE (MON–

FRI)
🕕 6:00 – 6:20pm → Reset + Eat
 Shower if needed
 Eat dinner (protein + carbs)
 No scrolling yet
 Quick relax

Why? You just came from school. You need a mental reset.

🏋🏾 6:20 – 7:00pm → Workout (40 mins)


Focus: Lean muscle + athletic body
No gym needed.

Weekly Split:

Monday – Upper Body

 Push-ups (4 sets)
 Pike push-ups (shoulders)
 Dips (chair)
 Plank (core)

Tuesday – Lower Body

 Squats (4 sets)
 Lunges
 Wall sit
 Calf raises

Wednesday – Core + Abs

 Leg raises
 Plank variations
 Mountain climbers
 Russian twists
Thursday – Upper Body
(Repeat Monday but increase reps)

Friday – Full Body + Conditioning

 Burpees
 Squat jumps
 Push-ups
 High knees

🔥 Keep rest short (30–45 sec).


🔥 Progress every week (more reps or harder variation).

This will get you lean AND build muscle if you're consistent.

📚 7:00 – 8:45pm → Deep Study Block (1hr 45min)


This is where you become dangerous academically.

Structure:

 45 min – Subject 1
 10 min break
 45 min – Subject 2
 5 min quick recap

Rotate subjects:

 Monday: Physics + Math


 Tuesday: Economics + ICT
 Wednesday: Math + Physics
 Thursday: ICT + Economics
 Friday: Weakest subject focus
