Dear Sir,
With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am a student of the BSc in ICE (Information
and Communication Engineering) program, Department of ICE, bearing ID:
0242420005171006 (Reg. No 242-50-006). I have already paid 72,065/- for my registration
and 1st semester. Now, I have due amount of 30,685/- taka. Due to my father’s illness, I am
facing financial difficulties and am unable to pay the due amount at the moment. I will pay this
amount within 10th October.

I would be grateful if you could kindly grant me permission for midterm clearance despite this
financial constraint.
