Instructions!
 Make 8 group of with 6 up to 7 students in a single group.
 There are 8 project titles in the next page and prepare the documentation on each of
the titles.
 One group should do on one title and no two or more groups do on the same title if
there the result is 0.
 Include the following contents in your documentation.

 Introduction
 Problem statement
 Feasibility study (Technical, Economic, Operational)
 Schedule with Gantt chart and Budgeting
 SRS (functional & non-functional)
 Use case diagram + descriptions
 Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams, state diagrams and class diagram.
 System decomposition, component and deployment diagram
 System architecture
 UI mockups
 Test plan (unit, system, UAT)
 Deployment plan
1. University Dormitory Management System
A system to manage dorm assignments, room availability, maintenance requests, student check-
in/check-out, and payment tracking.
2. Student Clearance Management System
Digital system for handling clearance across departments (library, store, dorm, registrar, etc.).
3. Hospital Appointment & Queue Management System
A system allowing patients to book appointments, doctors to manage schedules, and
administrators to monitor queues.
4. Online Examination and Auto-Grading System
A platform for instructors to upload exams and students to take them online. Includes auto-
grading for objective questions.
5. Library Management System (Modern Digital Version)
Not just issuing and returning books—students must include features like:

 Digital book reservations
 Fines & overdue management
 User roles (Librarian, Member, Admin)
 Notifications
6. College Placement & Internship Portal
A system helping graduating students find internships/placements and allowing companies to
post opportunities.
7. University Research Project Tracking System
Tracks student research topics, examiner assignment, progress reports, viva scheduling, and
grading.
8. Smart Restaurant Ordering & Inventory System
Digital ordering system with restaurant inventory management and reporting.
