RPC plus
The SCADAPackTM 535 E RTU-based RPC plus offers a
fully robust and open automation platform for controlling
and monitoring rod pump well sites. This solution is ideal
for wells that require rod pump control and well site
automation.
The SCADAPack RTU-based platform offers many
features, including:
• A complete, ready-to-install, enclosed equipment
panel with a state-of-the-art, dual-core, 32-bit
processor RTU and optional operator interface
display. An optional long- haul data radio is also
available.
• Downhole, surface, torque and timed control modes
• Availability of second IEC-61131 resource to develop
custom well site application
• Ability to add extra IOs to manage additional well site
instruments
• AGA calculation for flow measurement
• Stop/start control of non-electric motors and across-
the-line starters, based on well conditions.
SCADAPack controller-based solutions may be used with Altivar™
Variable Frequency Drives, Altivar Process Drives, and many other
third-party drives1.
The platform offers flexible communication:
• EcoStruxureTM Geo SCADA Expert software, pre-configured to
commission and monitor2 your rod pump control solution
• Supports other leading third-party artificial lift and interface
software such as LOWIS®, XSPOC and Kepware®
• Available HMI application for Magelis HMIGTO2310
