"Good morning, everyone. On behalf of Universal Communications, I am the Chief Financial Officer.

With me today are our Marketing Director and Head of PR."

"Let’s start with the financial details of this deal. We propose a 4-year contract, with a total value of
50 million Euros. To give your team the best motivation, we are adding a big bonus. You will get an
extra 20 million Euros if the club wins the European Cup.

But, every investment has risks. Our main rule is this: if KU plays poorly and drops to a lower league,
we must negotiate this deal again. We cannot pay top-league money for a lower-league team.

For the payment plan, we will divide the 50 million Euros equally over the 4 years. I believe this offers
a very strong financial base for your club."

"Your Operations Director made good points about the stadium. But before we agree, I have a strict
rule about crowd control. UC's position is very clear.

KU must take full responsibility for the fans at home games. The club must pay for all crowd control
costs, not UC. We sponsor football, not security.

Also, to protect our brand from bad press, we have a penalty clause: If there is any serious violence or
riot in the stands, the club must pay us a fine of 1 million Euros for each event."

"After speaking with my team, UC is ready to make a big move. Let's meet in the middle. We will
increase the total contract value to 65 million Euros.

More importantly, we agree to pay 25 million Euros upfront in the first year. This will help KU upgrade
the stadium.

In return, we will cut the riot penalty in half, down to 500,000 Euros per event. Also, this penalty will
only start in the second year. This gives you one full year to set up your new security cameras."

"Thank you to the Kensington United team for your great cooperation today!"
