In the middle of a vast, open forest where the trees grow so closely

together that sunlight arrives in scattered pieces, there is a silence that

feels alive rather than empty. The ground is layered with years of fallen
leaves, softening every step so that movement becomes almost
soundless. Wind travels through the branches in slow waves, causing the
canopy above to shift and shimmer, as if the forest is quietly breathing.
Occasionally, a bird breaks the stillness with a sharp call, and then
everything returns to its steady, watchful calm.

Deeper inside, paths are not clearly marked but instead suggested—
formed by repeated passage of animals, flowing water, or simply the
absence of dense growth. Moss spreads across rocks like green velvet,
and small streams weave through roots in narrow, winding lines that
reflect fragments of the sky. Time feels different here, less like something
measured and more like something experienced in layers: the present, the
memory of rain, and the anticipation of changing seasons all blending
together.

As light shifts throughout the day, the forest transforms without ever truly
changing. Morning brings a pale, misty glow that softens every edge,
while afternoon briefly reveals hidden colors in bark and leaves that seem
to disappear again by dusk. When evening arrives, shadows grow longer
and the air cools, wrapping everything in a quiet stillness that feels
ancient and patient. It is a place where nothing rushes, yet everything
continues.
