GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This General Power of Attorney is made and executed on this the _______ day of
SEPTEMBER, 2018, at Hyderabad by and between:

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN THAT BY THESE PRESENT:

I, Sri CHADALAVADA KRISHNA RAO, S/o Late CHADALAVADA NARAYANA RAO,

aged about______ years, Occ: _________, Aadhaar No.__________________, resident of
Narsampet, Warangal, do hereby appoint, nominate, retain and constitute, Sri
CHADALAVADA PRAVEEN KUMAR, S/o CHADALAVADA KESHAVA RAO, aged
about _______ years, Occ: ___________, resident of [Link]. 7-1-29/A/B, F-602, Sai Siri
Sampada Apts, Leelanagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016, Aadhaar
No._________________ as my true and lawful General Power of Attorney in my name and
on my behalf.

WHEREAS I shall not be in a position to supervise, administer the properties and

accordingly I hereby appoint, nominate and constitute the said Attorney to do the following
acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf.

THE attorney is hereby authorized to SELL, PARTITION DEED, MORTGAGE, or to let

lease the said property of Executant’s, on executant’s behalf to any other person whom so
ever the attorney likes and execute the deeds, and register the same on executant’s behalf of
to any other person whom so ever the attorney likes and execute the deeds and register the
same on executant’s behalf received such consideration.

TO Manage, Control and supervise the aforesaid land in all respects, to sign the Sale Deed
and to get the same registered with the Registration Authorities. He can sign all kinds of
forms/affidavit/undertakings document etc. which are necessary on my behalf. He can also
obtain Supplemental Rectification Deed for this Land in due course.

TO enter into a sale agreement, to receive earnest money, part payment if any and to execute
the said sale agreement and receive final consideration amount in his own name.

TO execute the Sale Deed, Sign, Verify and present the same for registration in the office of
the Sub Registrar, Hyderabad to admit its execution, to receive the sale consideration, give
statements and do all other acts, deeds, and things which are necessary for the same.

TO apply and obtain the necessary sale permission through the NO OBJECTION
CERTIFICATE from the concerned departments.

TO enter into Rent Agreement in respect of the aforesaid Land / Property or its part, to
execute Rent Agreement, to receive advance, to receive security, to issue rent receipt, to
deliver possession to get the tenant evicted through the process of law or by negotiation, to
take back possession of the aforesaid Flat / Property.

TO obtain permission for selling full / part of this property from the competent Authority in
his favour or his nominee and fulfil necessary formalities in this regard.

TO Execute, Sign and present all kinds of Suits, Complaints, Appeals, Revision, Statement,
Applications, in connection with the aforesaid Property / Flat and its management.

TO proceed with the conduct of all court proceedings for this Property and its management
and appoint an advocate for the purpose.

TO compromise compound or withdraw court cases, to appoint architecture to proceed with

arbitration proceedings, to engage lawyers, to deposit and withdraw money, to execute
decree, to receive and recover the decreed amount, issue receipts and to take necessary steps
for the purpose.

TO sign and execute documents for executant and in executant’s name and to present the
same for registration before the registry or sub-registry offices and there to admit execution
etc., and to do all necessary acts in such connection.

TO appear and act in all Courts, either Civil or Criminal or Revenue original or appellate and
to sign verify and file plaints, Written Statements and Petitions and also to sign the file and
present appeals in any other Court or Offices.

TO act and appear before all authorities like Panchayat Offices, Town Planning, M.C.H and
Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Revenues Departments, Urban Land Ceiling Authorities
etc.

TO represent, file applications to Transco, Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board and
Revenue authorities.

THAT the Principal is in a sound and disposing state of mind and in full possession of my
faculties and also in sound state of health and executed this General Power of Attorney with
his own free will and consent.

THAT the Principal hereby, executes this General Power of Attorney without any force,
coercion and fraud from anybody else.
