We are pleased to offer you employment for the position of CSR at Mumbai with Ingenicx.
Term and condition: -
1. Position reports to Team Leader.
2. Your date for joining would be 06 April 23.
3. Your remuneration package at In Hand would be INR 17,000/-.
4. You will be on probation for 06 months from the date of the offer letter.
5. All employees are expected to comply with the policy and procedures of Ingenicx only.
6. The role and responsibilities of the employment conditions for your employment are specified on
page no 02 and 03.

Terms and condition:
The appointment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
a) Your Salary structure shall be as per the annexure. You will be placed with Ingenicx. “Rupa
Solitaire, 906 - 916, 09th floor, sector-1, Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
– 400710.” The Details job description shall be provided to you at the time of joining.
b) Your employment shall continue with Live Digital Marketing Solutions Private Limited if the
management deems fit. Your probation period of 2 months from your joining date has been
completed and you are hereby absorbed by the company as a full-time employee.
c) Your employment may be terminated by the company either during the period of your probation
or the extended period of probation by giving 30 days of written notice or salary in lieu of notice
without assigning any reason whatsoever. Similarly, you may also terminate the service by giving
30 days written notice or by depositing or adjusting your 30 days salary in lieu of notice. Also
leaves will not be adjusted against the Notice recovery at the time of separation.
d) Your employment may be terminated by the company during your confirmation of employment
by giving 30 days of written notice or salary in lieu of notice without assigning any reason
whatsoever. Similarly, you may also terminate the service by giving 30 days written notice or’ by
depositing or adjusting your salary in lieu of notice. Also leaves will not be adjusted against the
Notice recovery at the time of separation.
e) During the period of your employment, you shall not take up the services or be employed
elsewhere or do any work either on your own account or otherwise, other than that of the
company.
f) In case service is terminated on the ground of integrity /Fraud or Inform absenteeism the notice
period clause will not be applicable.
g) During the period of employment, you will not be absent from duties without sufficient reason
and prior permission. You have been absent for a continuous period of 04th days. (Including
Absence when leave to applied but not granted) or overstay period of 04 days will make you the
loss your line of the job and your service shall be automatically come to an end without any
notice or termination to you by us. It will be pre-assumed that you have absconded employment
of your own accord, and you shall be liable to give us one month’s salary in lieu of notice for
abandoning the service in such manner.
h) During the tenure of your services, you will not resort to any action which would hamper work,
nor would you resort to any action or activity, which according to your management is
detrimental to its interests. Management will be in rights to terminate your services forth if you
are found to have committed the bleach of this clause your further promotion and increment if
any shall be at our sole discretion and shall depend on the performance of your duties, your
eligibility, Punctuality, efficiency & other factors and all the recommendation of your superiors
etc.
i) In the event of your services being terminated for any reason whatsoever or you leave the
services of the company, you will be obliged to account in the return the property of the
company such as tools, instrument, books, cash, I card, keys Etc. Held in your possession, custody
or charged Failure to do this with result to the company, with holding your salary and deducting
the value of such property. There from taking such others action, as may be deemed fit.
As a token of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions of employment, kindly sign a duplicate
copy of this letter and return it to us. We are happy to welcome you to our organization.
