BASIC PACKING PROCEDURE

[Link]-PLANNING OF PACKING
1.1 PACKING ZONE CLEANING :
 Clean the Area Before packing to avoid conjession while packing.
 Remove unwanted things from the area.

1.2 MEASURING OF PRODUCT


 Measure the Product Size to Analyze the Required Size Of Carton Box
 Ensure the Correct Carton Box Received

1.3 PACKING NEEDS


 CARTON BOX,
 PACKING TAPE,
 TAPE DISPENSER,
 BOX [Link] LABEL,
 KNIFE,
 BOLD MARKER,
 CD MARKER,
 EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE FOAM (EPF).

[Link] PROCEDURE
 STEP – 1 : Take the Carton Box and Tape it Downside (make sure the tape is sticked properly).

 STEP – 2 : Cut the Foam from the Foam Roll Using knife as Per the Box Size.
 STEP – 3 : Place the Foam Sheet to cover all sides including corners.
 STEP – 4 : Confirm the QC OK sticker is placed on the unit after QC Final Testing is Completed.
 STEP – 5 : After verify the Sticker, place the unit Inside the Carton Box.
 STEP – 6 : Fill the Gaps Using Foam Sheet or Foam Blocks to Avoid Shaking and Damage While
in Transport.
 STEP – 7 : For packing breakable items like (Exit Signage, Eml, etc.), wrap them in bubble
wrap or Stretch Film before placing them in the box. Ensure they are tightly wrapped to avoid
shifting on Movement.
 STEP – 8 : Add Foam sheet on Top Before Closing The [Link] Makes The Box Tight and Fit.
 STEP – 9 : Note the Unit Number along the Client [Link] Tracability will help to Verify the
[Link] With the QC Tracability.
 STEP – 10 : Tape the Box using Tape Dispenser.

 STEP – 11 : Write down the [Link] over the Box to Identify the Unit Easily.
 STEP – 12 : Use Stretch Flim Over the [Link] Stretch Film is Used for Safety and to protect
From Climate like Raining and Moisture [Link] also Protects From Box Seperations on
Transport.
 STEP – 13 : Paste the Address Sticker on the Box.
 Address label Should be on Top Side of the [Link] fragile items, mark the
box with clear labels such as "Fragile" or "Handle with Care.
 STEP – 14 : Measure the Dimension Of the Box and Write on the Dimension Column.
 STEP – 15 : Place the Box on the Weighing Machine and Write the Values in kg (KiloGrams) on
Weight Column.
 STEP – 16 : Store the Packed Box in Delivery Area.
