to various work sites (treatment plants, pumping stations, network maintenance locations) across
Alexandria.
2-To ensure the timely delivery of supplies and support to field teams, enabling them to perform critical
tasks such as unblocking sewage networks, maintaining equipment, and responding to emergencies.
3- To maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, safe, and operational condition, directly impacting the
company's ability to respond to service requests and emergencies, especially during periods of heavy
rain and flooding.
Task: 1. Transporting Personnel and Materials
Description: Driving company vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans, buses) to transport maintenance crews,
engineers, and necessary tools or equipment from the central garage or depot to various operational
sites like pumping stations, treatment plants, and network repair locations across the city.
Results: Field teams and their equipment arrive safely and on time at their designated work locations.
Regularity: Daily
Required Tools for the job: Company vehicle (truck/van), valid driver's license, company ID, keys, vehicle
logbook, mobile phone/radio for communication.
Time taken to accomplish the task: Varies (4-8 hours per day) depending on the number of trips and
distances.
Surrounding Environment: Working in a vehicle, exposed to all weather conditions. Driving in congested
city traffic, industrial areas, and potentially rough or flooded roads, especially during winter (e.g.,
Alexandria's rainy season).
Issues that might arise if not completing the task: Delays in maintenance and repair work, leading to
service disruptions (e.g., sewage backups). Crews and resources would be stranded, causing significant
operational inefficiency.
How to measure the task accomplishment? Trip logs signed by supervisor or crew leader; daily
completion of assigned transport schedule; no complaints of lateness from field teams.
Task: 2. Emergency Response for Flood and Rain Events
Description: Operating vehicles during emergencies, such as the heavy rain and flooding mentioned on
the company's website. This includes transporting specialized pumping units, emergency crews, and
safety equipment to critical locations to support "mobilization to face the rainy season" and minimize
negative impacts.
Results: Rapid deployment of emergency resources to flood-affected areas, helping to mitigate property

the company).
Required Tools for the job: Company vehicle, potentially a larger truck for towing pumps,
communication radio/phone, high-visibility vest, safety boots, and possibly a GPS to navigate flooded
areas.
Time taken to accomplish the task: Variable, from a few hours to a full shift or longer during major
weather events.
Surrounding Environment: High-stress environment, working in adverse weather (heavy rain, wind,
potential flooding). Driving may be on flooded roads with reduced visibility. Potential for work outside
normal business hours (nights, weekends).
Issues that might arise if not completing the task: Delayed response to flooding, exacerbating public
safety hazards and property damage. Failure to support critical infrastructure, leading to operational
failures at key pumping stations.
How to measure the task accomplishment? Successful deployment as per emergency dispatch records;
completion of tasks during weather events as logged by the emergency operations center.
Task: 3. Vehicle Maintenance and Reporting
Description: Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking fuel, oil, water, tires, lights).

of all personnel.

Time taken to accomplish the task: 30-60 minutes per day, plus additional time for scheduled
maintenance as coordinated with the garage.
Surrounding Environment: Work is performed in the vehicle depot/garage area, which may be exposed
to weather and vehicle fumes.
Issues that might arise if not completing the task: Vehicle breakdowns causing work stoppages. Unsafe
vehicles leading to accidents. Higher repair costs due to neglected maintenance. Inaccurate records for
fuel and usage.
How to measure the task accomplishment? Completed and submitted vehicle inspection forms and
logbooks; vehicle availability rate; absence of preventable breakdowns; positive feedback from the Fleet
Manager.
Task: 4. Supporting Logistics and Material Delivery

interruption. Supports inter-company collaboration (e.g., supplying parts to Matrouh).
Regularity: Weekly / As needed
Required Tools for the job: Company truck, possibly with a tail-lift or crane; loading/unloading assistance
(may be from warehouse staff or crew), delivery manifest.
Time taken to accomplish the task: 2-4 hours per trip, depending on the destination.
Surrounding Environment: Warehouse and construction site environments; involves loading and
unloading, requiring physical effort and adherence to safety protocols.
Issues that might arise if not completing the task: Work stoppages at construction or maintenance sites
due to lack of supplies. Inefficient use of warehouse space. Delays in critical infrastructure projects.
How to measure the task accomplishment? Delivery manifests signed by the receiving party; completion
of daily transport requests from logistics.
Task: 5. Driving VIPs and Management
