DARK CIRCLE REDUCTION – DAILY ROUTINE (AGE 48)

MORNING (10–12 minutes)

1. Cold Therapy – 5 minutes

• Use chilled spoons or an ice pack wrapped in cloth.

2. Cucumber or Potato – 10 minutes

• Day 1: Cucumber slices.

• Day 2: Potato juice with cotton pads.

3. Apply sunscreen around the eyes.

DAYTIME (During Work)

• Follow 20-20-20 rule every 20 minutes.

• Blink often to prevent dryness.

• Use blue light filter on phone/laptop.

• Drink 2–2.5 litres of water.

EVENING

• Reduce screen brightness after 7 PM.

• Optional warm compress – 5 minutes.

NIGHT (5–7 minutes)

1. Aloe Vera Gel – Apply for 15 minutes.

2. Almond Oil + Vitamin E – Massage for 1 minute and leave overnight.

WEEKLY (2–3 times a week)

• Tea Bag Treatment – Chilled green/black tea bags for 10–15 minutes.

SLEEP

• Aim for 7–7.5 hours daily.

• Ideal: Sleep by 11 PM, wake by 6–6:30 AM.
