Mat Aleixo - 00:00

This meeting is being recorded.

Pedro Branco - 00:15

Yo, Kenzie's already in the waiting room, but I thought we can quickly just discuss. Can you hear me?

Mat Aleixo - 00:21

Yeah. Can you hear me?

Pedro Branco - 00:23

Yeah, yeah.

Mat Aleixo - 00:24

Nice. How are you? Good. But the only question I had is about the content library, but I think it's what I said, right? It's
just like everything in one place that they can access.

Febyan Rustandy - 00:34

Oh.

Pedro Branco - 00:34

For me, it meant more so. I mean, we can just change it to that, if you prefer. To be honest. For me, it was like what I
would do with a lot of clients. It was mainly for personal branding. But, you know, he said he had an editing team,
right?

Mat Aleixo - 00:44

Yeah.
Pedro Branco - 00:44

So I thought it would make sense that whatever we capture, we then give him a lot of the raw files, like all the files,
like export, maybe color graded, for example.

Mat Aleixo - 00:53

Yeah, yeah. I think if that question comes up is important to.

Pedro Branco - 00:56

Yeah, we prepare, like, imagine like a hundred clips or however many we get that are all color graded that they. Then
they can use for future content and whatnot.

Mat Aleixo - 01:05

Oh, but that, bro, that's a push. Yeah, that's a lot of. A lot of.

Pedro Branco - 01:09

Well, then. Then we can just frame it as, like, raw clips. Yeah, let's just do raw clips.

Mat Aleixo - 01:14

Better. Yeah.

Mat Aleixo - 01:14

All right.

Pedro Branco - 01:15

All right, I'm gonna let them in.

Mat Aleixo - 01:16

Okay.

Pedro Branco - 01:17

Yeah, you can take the lead.

Mat Aleixo - 01:29

I think Fabi is asking for the link for the Zoom.

Pedro Branco - 01:32

Yeah. Where I can send a invite.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 02:13

How are you guys?

Mat Aleixo - 02:14

Hey, Kenzie.

Mat Aleixo - 02:15

Hello.

Mat Aleixo - 02:16

Hello.

Pedro Branco - 02:16

How are you, Kenzie?

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 02:18

Doing well. How are you guys?

Mat Aleixo - 02:20

Good.

Pedro Branco - 02:21

Doing well, too. Man, the weather here is phenomenal. It's hard to. To stay sad when the sun is out.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 02:27

Oh, man, it's been so bad in value the past two months, I have to say. I have to say. Yeah, like, February is usually at
the end of the wet season, so we get, like, probably three out of seven days in a week of rain. But then starting from
March, it's going to be. It's going to be good again.

Mat Aleixo - 02:47

Okay.

Pedro Branco - 02:48

In April, is it, like, a good time to go?

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 02:51

April is good. It's good. Usually end of February is the end of the rainy season, and this year, for some reason, it's
been so bad.

Febyan Rustandy - 03:02

Like.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 03:04

Yeah, but it's okay.

Mat Aleixo - 03:08

How are the waves in April?

Mat Aleixo - 03:09

Good for surf?

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 03:11

It should be good. Wave should be good. Yeah. It's the same for, like, our diving. Right. Usually January and February
is. Is. It's not that busy, I would have to say. Yeah. Is this. This is your first time going to bed?

Mat Aleixo - 03:27

You know, my first time is Pedro's second. Yeah.

Pedro Branco - 03:31

I Went two years ago. I stayed in Ubud and I explored, like, the classics, you know, Changu Uluwatu as well. Yeah,
that's it. I really like. I really like to.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 03:43

Yeah, yeah. It's up and coming. Aria, I would have to say.

Febyan Rustandy - 03:46

Hey, guys.

Pedro Branco - 03:47

Hello.

Febyan Rustandy - 03:48

Hello.

Pedro Branco - 03:49

How are you?

Febyan Rustandy - 03:53

Pretty good. Pretty good. How are you guys?

Mat Aleixo - 03:55

Good.

Pedro Branco - 03:56

Yeah. Doing pretty fantastic. It's good to see you.

Febyan Rustandy - 03:59

Not bad. So I heard it's your first time coming. When? First time coming to Bali and it's your second time coming to
Bali.

Pedro Branco - 04:08

Exactly. Yeah. Yeah, my second time. I went two years ago for like a month, mainly on work, so I didn't have as much
time to explore as I would have liked. So hopefully there'll be more opportunity this time. But it's Mat's first time.

Febyan Rustandy - 04:21

Oh, nice. Okay, so. So how's it going to work? I saw. I saw the proposal and could you elaborate a bit between the
three different things? Like, I don't. Like, one is like one day, two days, but, like, what is actually encompassed?

Pedro Branco - 04:45

Matt, do you want to take the lead or do you want me to explain you.

Mat Aleixo - 04:47

You can take it. You can take it over.

Pedro Branco - 04:49

Yeah, hold on. Let me just pull up the project proposal. One Second. Second.

Mat Aleixo - 05:01

Do you have any questions that are related, not about the package, but about, like, the process overall with the other.

Mat Aleixo - 05:06

Slides that you read?

Mat Aleixo - 05:08

Or is it mainly just the difference between the. The options that we gave you guys?
Febyan Rustandy - 05:15

I mean, partly, yes, all the above. Like, first, like, what are the differences between. Well, how would you go about
doing. Creating the product? We have at that, three different levels. Like, what's your due process? Like, so what is
the deliverables at the end? And. Yeah, so I want to know which one will best suited for our needs? Like, yeah, of
course.

Pedro Branco - 05:45

So in terms of like a macro view, just overarching the custom one. The. The cheapest package, if you will, was kind
of based on what you. It's what we do with all our clients. It's like custom to their project outline, but based on what
they discussed.

Mat Aleixo - 06:00

Right.

Pedro Branco - 06:00

It's like, oh, we just, you know, want a video, we want this. And so it's like all the fundamentals. It's one day of
shooting. Of course, that still includes editing. The equipment in this case is included, as well as insurance, and you
get two revisions. Now, obviously, we also come from a place of, like, trying to understand what we think based on
our experience and expertise is best for the clients. What's in their best interest and how can they milk as Much
value as possible, you know, within the project scope. And so that's kind of where the middle package, which is, I
guess, the best value, if you will, kind of comes into play because we have three days of full production instead of
one. Yeah, there's a lot more that we can do.

Pedro Branco - 06:38

And we also spend a lot more time focusing on the pre production as a whole. So even the storyboarding, like
making sure all the logistics are taken care of as opposed to, I guess, less preparation. With the first one, we're
extremely detail orientated when it comes to like the premium package. Of course, as it mentioned, it has three
different ad variations. We'll be doing photography as well, digital photography, and we include 30 edited photos. If
I'm being honest, sometimes it's a little bit more than that. Like obviously I'm not going to gatekeep extra.

Febyan Rustandy - 07:06

That's for the premium.

Pedro Branco - 07:08

Yeah, the middle package. Exactly, the premium one. We do allow for an extra revision if that's required. A lot of
times we find that it's not really. But if for whatever reason, you know, you want different ad modifications or you
want different style for photography or even the video, then of course we can kind of adhere to whatever the
changes need to be done. And yeah, like I said, one of the biggest key aspects is that we go much heavier as well
with the pre production side of things, which of course.

Febyan Rustandy - 07:35

What does that mean, the pre production. So like what's the difference between the premium package and the
custom package in terms of pre production? Like you have to do pre production for both. For both? Are you saying
like the custom, like we come out with like the concept and you just shoot it or.

Pedro Branco - 07:52

Yeah, so the first one would be a lot more, you know, client orientated. They give us exactly what they want. They
already kind of have the entire vision mapped out. We come in, we shoot, we edit it, et cetera. The middle, the
premium package, it involves a lot more of our creative direction and our creative vision as well.

Febyan Rustandy - 08:08

Okay, got it.

Mat Aleixo - 08:10

Well, and just to also add to that, you do get more deliverables in the premium. So we would also be shooting ads
which would also be included in the pre production process because then we would shoot specifically for the ads as
well.

Mat Aleixo - 08:22

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 08:22

So just to give you an idea, like I think every brand needs to have a hero video or like a trailer of the brand as we
talked about and as you requested. But what the ads do is they bring people that you target directly to that video in
your profile.

Mat Aleixo - 08:37

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 08:37

So let's say we create this video for you guys. That video is going to be probably pinned in your profile and it's usually
the first click that everybody that sees your page or your website, they see that video, right? The hero video, what the
ads do. And the reason that we add it on the premium package is because you can target exactly the people that you
want, right? And it's short form video, so really quick to grab attention. And the whole goal of that video is just to
bring people to your page so they can eventually see that premium video that we've made and then from there make
a decision if they want to, you know, spend time in Orana or they want to explore.

Febyan Rustandy - 09:11

All right, makes sense. Okay, well, okay, that makes sense. That makes. I mean, I like what I hear.

Mat Aleixo - 09:21

Yeah, overall is basically you're getting more, how can I say? Like, it is just easier. It's gonna be easier for people to
see that main video with the other deliverables.

Mat Aleixo - 09:33

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 09:33

And the images on top of that. You also have a lot of leverage in terms of like, you can make posts on Instagram, you
can use it on your website or in product photos and also everything. So you basically just get a lot more. And that's
also why we need to put a lot more effort in the pre production part, right? Because if we're planning just for the
video with you guys, we can plan it and for the custom package, we can map that out in one day with logistics and
everything and collaborate with you guys to make it happen.

Febyan Rustandy - 10:03

Another question that I have, the important one is, well, Pedro, you've been to Bali. You see like how the traffic and
conditions are in Bali. So yeah, technically we have say three days or like one day of working day, like should day, but
depending on weather and logistic, it may not happen in one day. So like, how are you going to count that? Like, how
are you going to go around that?

Pedro Branco - 10:28

You know, I think one thing that's important to notice, to mention, which I think is much more linked with, I guess our
values and approach, is that it's not just about like being as technical as possible. Like, oh, you only get these hours
in this day. Like we're human. At the end of the day, we're trying to build a professional relationship and we want to
accommodate. Of course, if things get in the way, then we're going to find a way to make happy for everyone and
accommodate any changes that sort of happen. So don't stress too much about like, oh, you know, suddenly the
weather stops this from happening. Does that mean now we've lost shoot days. No, we'll. We'll definitely be able to.

Febyan Rustandy - 10:56

Okay. Yeah. I mean, I work with Italians, so they're very. You're very annoying that way. They have a lot of aspects.
Have to make sure you read the fine print very, very clearly. Like, because I've. That happens to me in my. In. In my
vineyard. Like two days. Two days of shooting. So they came over two days and it was raining and then get nothing
done. Wow. Yeah.

Mat Aleixo - 11:20

Yeah.

Pedro Branco - 11:20

We're Portuguese in Brazilian. We have a different mindset when it comes to it.

Febyan Rustandy - 11:24

Don't worry. Okay. Yeah. I mean. Okay. Brazilian is good. Like you're in Rio or.

Mat Aleixo - 11:28

I am from Rio, but we are based in Portugal right now.

Febyan Rustandy - 11:33

You're in Lisbon now.

Mat Aleixo - 11:34

Yeah, in Lisbon.

Febyan Rustandy - 11:35

Okay. Yeah. But you're from Rio, so, like. Yeah, Rio is very dynamic. Island time traffic is terrible.

Mat Aleixo - 11:42

Yeah.

Febyan Rustandy - 11:42

Bali is going to be very similar like that. Like.

Mat Aleixo - 11:45

Yeah, yeah. No, we definitely talked about this and.

Mat Aleixo - 11:47

We'Re prepared for it.

Mat Aleixo - 11:48

But the fact that we're going to be there for one month.

Mat Aleixo - 11:51

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 11:51

It gives us, you know, even though one day we might have rain. We talked about this. Like, we can accommodate
other days.

Mat Aleixo - 11:57

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 11:58

Because we're going to be there anyways working and. And also exploring the island. So we have that, you can say,
like, safe period.

Febyan Rustandy - 12:06

The thing that I'm worried about is that we have villas at multiple locations. It's just a logistic of getting to each
location to shoot. And I mean, that's great that. I mean, it'll be really efficient since you guys are exploring the island.
So I guess you could use a lot of B rolls as. As you explore, you're gonna get. You're gonna get shots of landscapes
and blah, blah. You can also include. Include those in as like B rolls and stuff like that. But yeah. So I don't know
exactly what are you going to count towards the shoot or not? Because in terms of scenery and landscape, in terms
of establishing scenes, you can also just get it online. Right now there's so many available shots online that you can
also use it.

Mat Aleixo - 13:01

You can do that. But then you're just basically getting what we call like license B roll. So everybody else. That
everybody else has it. You know, a lot of people use that. That's true. You'll be having content that people are going
to go to your page and they're. They're probably already seen that before. And then if another brand uses it, then
they're going to be confused.

Pedro Branco - 13:21

So not original.

Mat Aleixo - 13:22

Yeah. It ends up not Becoming too original. But yeah, I mean you can stitch it.

Febyan Rustandy - 13:27

You can stitch like well if it doesn't work out, I mean those are just some options that to save time and logistic, we all
spread out. Like how in depth do you want it to be? Because like the diving can take two days or three days to get
like the best shots. That's my other concern. I mean, okay, I can get my team to just like do the underwater shots, but
maybe it requires you guys to get the scenes and like the establishing shots at like different dive location like from
the top or maybe from the drone to like to show the area of the dive sites but not necessarily underwater itself
because there's multiple areas that multiple dive sites in Bali, it's not just one single one.

Febyan Rustandy - 14:23

For example, from Tulamben is like the most eastern, like one of the most eastern point in Bali. Nusa Penida is like,
you know, Nusa and Lembongan is a great dive site but you can cover that one day. Another one that you want to
showcase is probably Padang Bay and then Tulam Ben where it's like the shipwreck. And then on top of that we have
the resort. I'm not resort, I mean the villa. So like I want to create a brand video that showcase all of that. The diving
experience, the service that you get on the road, the hospitality that you get staying with us in the villas, the vibe that
we get. Basically it's a brand video. Like you said, it's a, it is a hero video. But I'm just concerned about the logistics.
Technically. Can we do it one day?

Febyan Rustandy - 15:16

Yeah, we can, but like we just have to pull a lot of strings to make it happen in one day. And then are we gonna get
dedicated models to do it? That's also probably difficult. Not many models know how to scuba dive. Not many scuba
divers are models. Right. So it has to be more natural. We could also like basically kind of we have to time it. Like
when we go to New Sapnita, we'll take a boat, the boat across itself. If it's just to take you guys on a to shoot, that's
just going to cost a lot. So like it has to be a revenue generating boat. At the same time you guys are there to take
videos of my experiences. So we kind of have to time that.

Febyan Rustandy - 16:04

If were to like just bring models to do the shoot, that can be a bit expensive. The one, the videos that I have right now
was done by my friend. He's, he's also like a Filmmaker, videographer. But he focuses mostly on wedding
photography and videography. Just happened like all and everyone you see on the boat, on in the film, in a video,
those are all my friends and we just, were just going and having fun and like he was filming for us. So like in this
case I've not. This is the logistical challenge that we have to do a shoot about. About this. I mean on diving.

Pedro Branco - 16:52

Yeah, yeah, definitely.

Mat Aleixo - 16:53

I mean we also have to keep in mind that a hero video only has one minute.

Mat Aleixo - 16:58

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 16:59

So yeah, if. And I know that you don't want to make it focus solely on the diving.

Mat Aleixo - 17:03

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 17:04

Otherwise it would be a hero video for the diving experience. But you want to kind of make something overall
overarching with the whole Orana experience. So if I would have to just putting it in my mind, of course, without the
pre production process and everything, I think the diving section of the video would be like maybe 20 seconds of the
one minute. You know, 20 to 30, maybe something like that. This is just off the top of my mind without any planning.
But yeah, we have to keep in mind that there is not a lot of time to include a lot of that in there without doing like a
specialized video for that experience. You understand?

Febyan Rustandy - 17:39

Yeah. But again, Orana is a hospitality brand. It's also tied to diving. Like our soul.

Mat Aleixo - 17:49

For sure.

Febyan Rustandy - 17:50

We are most first and foremost like a. We are a diving center, diving centric brand. But we are not just about diving.
That's like.

Mat Aleixo - 18:02

Exactly.

Febyan Rustandy - 18:04

Yeah, but yeah, I guess you get, you get the point. So I guess premium will be the way to go that the premium
package probably makes most sense. Like most flexibility and more room for us to work with to get the kind of
brand video that we want. Like that hero video that we want.

Mat Aleixo - 18:30

Yeah. And the fact that UIs are also going to get ads is a big plus because then you can promote that brand video
also, you know, and you will also have more time with the pre production process. So all these logistics issues that
you suggested, they are basically going to be easier to solve because then we're going to have more time to plan
everything in terms of the models. We also have some people staying with us at Avila that can also help and we
know a lot of people that are going to be there as well. So yeah, I mean this is definitely very doable. You know, it's
just a matter of the pre production process is super important because that's where we get everything aligned and
together. And yes, we might have inconsistencies here.

Mat Aleixo - 19:14

And there with the weather or some things might not align. Maybe the ocean is too bad. But that's why we're going
to be there for one month.

Mat Aleixo - 19:22

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 19:23

So as soon as we land, we're already going to start working on this and then from there we have one month of a
grace period where if anything goes wrong, we are going to be there anyways.

Febyan Rustandy - 19:31

What they believe in Bali again, sorry.

Mat Aleixo - 19:33

We'Re going to be for the whole month of April. So April 1st to April 30th.

Pedro Branco - 19:37

April 2nd technically is when we.

Mat Aleixo - 19:39

Yeah, April 2nd.

Mat Aleixo - 19:40

Yeah.

Febyan Rustandy - 19:40

Okay. That's not bad. That, that could work. That work diving too, by all means, you know.

Pedro Branco - 19:49

Yeah.

Mat Aleixo - 19:49

And if you guys are also going to be there or no.

Febyan Rustandy - 19:57

Middle of April. I think I will be there or.

Mat Aleixo - 20:00

Towards the end of April because usually also when I work with clients, hospitality clients, I always like to have like
the direction director of communications with me or the director of marketing because then we work together.

Mat Aleixo - 20:13

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 20:13

Even in shoot days and we can get point of views from you guys that understand the brand more deeply. Of course
we're going to work on the whole pre production but it's also always good to have someone from the brand with us
because then, you know, it makes the process a little bit easier as well. Of course this is not a requirement, but it's
just super good. We like working together with the brand, you know.

Febyan Rustandy - 20:35

Yeah. Well, I'm. I'm actually flying to London in a couple of hours and I'll be in Europe from. So I'll be back. I'll be back
like end of April and I'll be in Singapore and Jakarta and I'll be. And then I have a wedding to attend to like my friend's
wedding in Australia. So like I'll only be back actually. I'll be back in Asia. I'll be back to Jakarta, I think. No, sorry, I'll
be back. I'll be back in Singapore 2nd of April too. So. And I can depends when we shoot. I guess we can since you're
there for a month. Like I will talk about schedule later on with you guys. Yeah, so let's. We'll definitely try to make it
happen around. Definitely try to be there when you guys do a shoot.

Mat Aleixo - 21:31

Great, Perfect.

Pedro Branco - 21:32

That's, that's reassuring to hear as well. Amazing. Yeah, I think I just wanted to reassure you once again. It's like I
think everything will be uncovered, and just solidified through the pre production process. So Once we understand,
okay, which locations do we have to go in, what makes most sense. We're also going to have bikes the entire time.
So I think even traveling will be, you know, relatively easy as opposed to maybe just having a car and being a victim
to the traffic in a much more intense way. But yeah, you know, as. As we can go through as many pre production
stages as we need to make sure that everything. Oh, let me just swap the camera. Is it this one?

Febyan Rustandy - 22:12

That's fine.

Mat Aleixo - 22:14

Yeah. The fact that we're also having this call around like a month before we travel, it also gives us a lot of time to
get the pre production process dialed.

Mat Aleixo - 22:23

Right.
Mat Aleixo - 22:23

Even before arriving, we're going to land and we're going to have things set up already to start working on this and.

Febyan Rustandy - 22:29

Yeah, sounds good. How many of you guys will be there?

Mat Aleixo - 22:34

So we're gonna be. We're gonna be six total in the villa, I think. No, yeah, six.

Febyan Rustandy - 22:39

Five.

Mat Aleixo - 22:39

Five.

Mat Aleixo - 22:40

It's gonna be me, my girlfriend, and then we also have another couple that's gonna be staying with us. And then
Pedro will also be there.

Pedro Branco - 22:46

Yeah, and there'll be five. Obviously a lot of people in Bali as well.

Febyan Rustandy - 22:49

Yeah, that'll be awesome. All right, that works. That works.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 22:55

Sorry if any of your friend is like a scuba diver as well, who can join us as the model. I know Matt mentioned that you
have the P license, but then we don't know whether you can join us for the day.

Mat Aleixo - 23:09

Yeah, I mean, I haven't done it in so long and to be honest, I haven't really figured out the issue of my year, so it would
be kind of risky to do it.

Febyan Rustandy - 23:19

But you can do it refresher course. And you can do a refresher course. Yeah, just to try it out. Usually it's just about
equalization and buoyancy.

Mat Aleixo - 23:30

See, that's the problem. The. The equalization, I think, is the issue that I won't be able to do because of the year.
Yeah, you know, but you can always try. I mean, yeah, we can always join.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 23:41

On the boat and then just don't go to deep. Probably just get like.

Mat Aleixo - 23:44

Yeah, of course. Or I can even.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 23:46

Or something.

Mat Aleixo - 23:47

Yeah, exactly. No, in the boat will definitely be there shooting at the boats. But yeah, it would be good if I. If I could
dive. But let's see. Maybe.

Febyan Rustandy - 23:57

Yeah. All right. Could you remind me how much it was again for the. The premium package, the middle one?

Pedro Branco - 24:06

1700, I believe. Euros.

Febyan Rustandy - 24:09

1700 Euros. Okay. And how. How will we pay in terms of do we transfer or.

Mat Aleixo - 24:18

Yeah, so we get a do.

Febyan Rustandy - 24:20

You want it in euros or we.

Mat Aleixo - 24:22

Got a 50% deposit and then you guys only pay the rest 48 hours before the production starts. So before the first day
of shooting starts, that's when you guys should cover the rest. But for now it would be just the 50% so we can get the
pre production process started.

Febyan Rustandy - 24:38

Usually we do like 50 before and 50 after, like once the product is delivered and then we pay the rest. That's usually
how it works.

Pedro Branco - 24:49

Yeah. For more national based projects we usually have that kind of similar etiquette. But when it's a project that's
international, involves us traveling all the way there and sorting out a lot of logistics beforehand, having to lock in the
dates and having to sacrifice other projects, we usually like to at least have 50% prior, of course, to even starting
everything and then 50% right before the shooting starts.
Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 25:15

When do you think or how long do you think it's going to take after the shooting until the final product is ready.

Mat Aleixo - 25:22

So with the premium package in specific, we try to accommodate a 72 hour delivery which for the main video in this
case, but for the ad variations it might come a little bit after. But we tried to do as fast as a delivery as possible so
we can get to refining the video with you guys as fast as we can. So with the revisions. Right. So it would probably be
around 72 hours after the last, the third shooting day for the main Hero video. That's going to be the first thing we're
going to work on. And then after that, when the HERO video is ready and you guys are satisfied with it, that's when
we start working on the ad variations.

Mat Aleixo - 25:58

So it's three ad variations that are going to work as kind of like a hook for the video to attract people to see that
video.

Pedro Branco - 26:06

Oh, and the photos as well are within that time frame. Yeah, just for clarity.

Mat Aleixo - 26:10

So just to remind you guys of the deliverables in the premium package. So it's the brand video, the hero video, three
ad variations.

Mat Aleixo - 26:19

So three different ads.

Mat Aleixo - 26:20

These range from 15 to 30 seconds. They're more faster video, short form, tailored for social media. And with that
also 30 edited photos. So we're going to be shooting photography as well, which is a good plus.

Mat Aleixo - 26:31

For you guys to have if you.

Mat Aleixo - 26:32

Want to do single post, if you want to use it on the website, can use it for thumbnails. Yeah, everything. I mean it's
open and you guys also get the content library. So we're going to Be giving you guys some RAW files as well in case
you guys want to use or. I know you mentioned that you have a production team and you have an editing team. So
we're also going to give you the raw footage. So you can use that for whatever you want. Make more ads. You can.
So it's good. So you guys will also get the raw. The RAW files and yeah, I mean apart from that is the three full days
of production. Of course, excluding if we have any issues with logistics, with weather, whatever. This just gets
transferred onto the next available slot that we have to shoot.

Mat Aleixo - 27:14

Right. Okay, then equipment is included so you guys don't have to worry about anything. We'll take care of everything.
You also get three revisions for the hero video. So as soon as we deliver you the main video, if you have need
anything changed, we'll do three revisions and from there. Yeah, that's it. Pretty much everything.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 27:35

How about in terms of the logistics, run the island itself? Like there'll be like few locations that we need to shoot or
it. Are you guys okay with traveling by yourself or like do you need anything?

Mat Aleixo - 27:47

Yeah, yeah, of course.

Pedro Branco - 27:48

Yeah. We're going to be having a bike. We're going to be very autonomous throughout the. Throughout the island. I
mean that's kind of part of like half the fun with the trip, if I'm being honest. And yeah, in the pre production stage,
like I mentioned, we can just solidify where it makes sense to kind of group schedules and sessions within the
production days and then we'll just go from there.

Mat Aleixo - 28:07

Yeah, we'll discuss, we'll. We'll do more calls to discuss the pre production process before arriving there. And that's
gonna come up with like a shot list. Sorry.

Mat Aleixo - 28:19

Sorry.
Febyan Rustandy - 28:20

Are you gonna come up with like a shot list?

Mat Aleixo - 28:23

Yeah, like a storyboards.

Febyan Rustandy - 28:25

Yeah, storyboard shot list. So like as long. Yeah, so we have a general direction, it's really making not like go of the
flow kind of shoot because we can go both ways. But like preferably if we. If we do the premium one, I'm expecting
that we have a shot list already. Definitely already panned down and we have like a kind of a gen. General direction
and we have like get a storyboard and everything, the script will be done. So it's just like once in Bali we can just
execute and produce the video. Exactly.

Mat Aleixo - 29:02

That is easier for you guys and way easier for us as well. The storyboard is one of the most important parts of doing
a video like this. Depending on the project, I Also sometimes like to just show up and shoot, you can say. But for a
project that is a little bit complex as this, where we're trying to really capture that vision that you guys have for Orana,
it's very important that we scheduled things before arriving and we have the team is we're on the same page with
what we're gonna capture.

Mat Aleixo - 29:33

Right.

Febyan Rustandy - 29:35

All right. I just want to discuss about, in terms of payment, like yeah, 50% before. That's not a problem. I want to
discuss about the 50% right before though. I want, if possible I want to split that up. I'm not comfortable paying
everything up front before even like seeing any final results. Like I mean usually. Well, with all everyone I've worked
with so far, it's like, I mean we always put a deposit up front and then we pay the rest at when it's delivered basically.
But I mean, I understand from you guys perspective, let's just go in the middle like instead of like paying a full 50,
maybe like paying 20, another 20 right before you start and then the rest, remaining 30 I would say or like 25. 25 will
be like right at the end after you deliver it once we're done.

Febyan Rustandy - 30:35

Yep. And in terms of payment, you want it to be transferred and what currency? Like I mean you listed it as euros. So
is it going to be, do we need to transfer to a specific bank or can it be cash or can we pay you in other currency?
How's it going to work?

Mat Aleixo - 30:52

I mean transfer is fine. As soon as we're done with the call, I'm going to set you guys up with your content portal. So
it's basically a notion page. You can just access it like a website. It's just one link where you're going to have all the
information from the project resumed in one place. So everything that we discussed throughout this call is going to
be in there. I'm after going to send you guys the first invoice and then you can also always access that through the
portal.

Mat Aleixo - 31:16

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 31:16

So every stage in the pre production process is going to be listed in the portal. It's very simple. It's a very easy to
understand notion page. It's very organized so you guys shouldn't have an issue with that. But I think bank transfer is
the easiest way to do it in euros.

Mat Aleixo - 31:32

Yeah, yeah.

Pedro Branco - 31:33

All the deliverables will be found on the client portal as well. So instead of like having to chase each other or
checking emails, like every single part of the project will just be based in this One.

Mat Aleixo - 31:41

Yeah, I can even give you guys a little. Just quick view of how that looks. Just give me one second.

Pedro Branco - 31:48

Give you permission to share.

Mat Aleixo - 31:50

Yeah, there we go. So this is the portal for one of my clients here in Portugal. So you see it's basically a notion page
and then you get the project overview, the documents, so all the invoices, the agreement is also going to be in here.
Project timeline. So when we have a project, I'm always going to put it here. And you can see the pre production,
shooting, editing and delivery. So it's just a place where you guys can access everything. Right. And then all the
deliverables are like Google Drive files. So if you click everything is going to be in here ready to go. So you guys can
also. The raw files are going to be in here.

Mat Aleixo - 32:28

It's just an easier way to keep everything in one place so we don't have to keep, you know, messaging each other
through email and messages and you guys trying to chase deliverables. It's just easy.

Febyan Rustandy - 32:39

Okay. And your bank, is it based in Portugal or.

Mat Aleixo - 32:45

Yeah.

Febyan Rustandy - 32:46

Okay, because I can just, I might just transfer from Italy so it's euro to euro. It's easier.

Mat Aleixo - 32:53

That works, that works.

Febyan Rustandy - 32:55

Then yeah, I'll be in Italy's sometimes then like later on this month and I'm gonna try to figure out how to transfer that
to you.

Mat Aleixo - 33:07

Okay, sounds good. I'm gonna, I'm gonna pin the link to the portal in our WhatsApp.

Febyan Rustandy - 33:12

Or is there like can you do PayPal? Or is there like a. Or is there like any like indonesia that's like. I mean in the US is
Venmo. There's other ways to like pay in Singapore.

Kenzy Kusmulyadi - 33:32

Sorry, we can use Wise, we can transfer from.

Febyan Rustandy - 33:39

But yeah, but I don't, I know Wise works but I don't want to use like I think I'm gonna pay this like separately if
possible. Like can I. I don't want to use like the rupiah to pay in euros. I think I'll be dumb. Like I'm just gonna like
we're gonna lose a lot in terms of the exchange rate.

Mat Aleixo - 33:58

Yeah.

Febyan Rustandy - 33:58

So probably I'm just going to use my dollar based accounts to pay or even just use my euro. My. Yeah, just use euros
to pay in euros. Well, like can you, can we use credit card? Is there any platform I can use to like use my credit card
to pay?

Mat Aleixo - 34:19

Yeah, for sure. I mean we can run a stripe link, right? Peds?

Pedro Branco - 34:23

Yeah, if you prefer with stripe, we can always do that instead that works.

Mat Aleixo - 34:27

Best for you is good.

Febyan Rustandy - 34:29

That works. Yes, Stripe works. Okay.

Mat Aleixo - 34:32

Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to set up the client portal for you guys and then I'm going to pin it in our
WhatsApp chat. So anytime you guys need any updates from the project, it's just going to be in there. If you need any
specifics information, then you just message the group or can even call one of us.

Febyan Rustandy - 34:48

All right? Okay, sounds good.

Mat Aleixo - 34:52

Cool.

Pedro Branco - 34:53

Any other questions or is everything kind of cleared up?

Mat Aleixo - 34:56

Yeah, we want to make sure you guys leave the call with like a clear mind with where this is going. And so if you have
anything that you do you want to ask, you can always do in the WhatsApp group as well. But if you want to do it right
now.

Febyan Rustandy - 35:07

Okay. For the deposit, like when we put in the deposit, are you doing. Does it have to be like now.

Mat Aleixo - 35:16

Now or I mean, ideally as soon as possible so we can start the pre production process.
Mat Aleixo - 35:21

Right.

Mat Aleixo - 35:21

The more time that we have between now and actually flying to Bali and starting the project there, the better.

Febyan Rustandy - 35:29

Okay, let me see my schedule because 24th February, can I give you like second week of March? Let me. Second
week of March.

Mat Aleixo - 35:49

So that would be from the, the 10th to the 14th during the week?

Febyan Rustandy - 35:56

Yeah, around 14 on. Around 14 onwards. And then plus. And then like we'll schedule the shoot middle of April
sometimes then. So I mean, you'll still have about a month to about four weeks to do the pre production and stuff
like that. Because I'll be busy. There's no point starting now, like for busy stuff. Like I'll give you the deposit like when
we're ready to respond to, like, I'll be busy until like probably is the second, I think 16 of March. Like let's just put that
date. Okay.

Mat Aleixo - 36:34

Okay, sounds good.

Pedro Branco - 36:35

Yeah, that works. And yeah, in regards to like your payment split, like, yeah, obviously we do have protocol, but I also
completely understand your situation and I want you to feel secure and not just feeling like, oh, you invested. So
we're more than able to accommodate the 25 split.

Febyan Rustandy - 36:51

All right, sounds good.

Mat Aleixo - 36:53

Yeah. When, when I work in projects here, just so you know, I also do the 50% after the project is done, but it's way
simpler right here, you know, but when it's international.

Febyan Rustandy - 37:04

Yeah, yeah, I get that. So like, I mean, let's just meet in the middle.

Mat Aleixo - 37:10

Yeah, I think it works well, but it was great talking to you guys. I'm gonna set up everything with the portal and as
soon as it's ready, I'm gonna send it to our WhatsApp group. I'm also gonna start working on the agreement with
Pedro. So you guys also have everything written down on paper that you guys can, you know, for. For us to be safe
and for you guys to be safe as well. That's also going to be available inside the portal and yeah, from there we will
start the pre production and make an amazing video for you guys.

Febyan Rustandy - 37:38

Sounds good. I'm excited. I've never Excited too. Yeah, that's cool. I've never worked with a European videograph
video producer. Filmmaker. Well, I did. It was. No, it was an Italian photographer, but like it was American Italian, but
like. Yeah, but different. Yeah, I've never actually approached one myself. Like there was like another one of my stuff
and the winery hired. But the company hired. And then it was stupid fine prints that. That's why I want to make sure.
Because yeah, two days of shoot and then like, because they came in. They came to the winery and stayed for two
days. They're supposed to create a content within the two days, but the weather did not permit. And then after the
two days they just left. Like that was like.

Mat Aleixo - 38:28

They just basically got free wine and left.

Febyan Rustandy - 38:30

Yeah, well, essentially. Yep. We were. I was really upset about it now, like, because I mean, they had other shoots that
was already planned and they have to go to other shoots. But like I didn't get anything and then I have to pay them
extra to come back again, which is. I think it was ridiculous.

Mat Aleixo - 38:49

Yeah, yeah.

Pedro Branco - 38:50

But don't worry. At least we have a nice big, you know, month window as a buffer to be able to.

Mat Aleixo - 38:55

That makes it way safer for us as well and less stressful.

Febyan Rustandy - 38:59

Yeah. Okay. Cool beans. Thank you so much. I think it's a lot more clear. Let's just. We'll. We will get. We'll have more
in depth discussion starting from the 16th onwards. Because I'll be away until then. Yeah, let's catch up then.

Mat Aleixo - 39:16

All right, sounds good, guys.

Pedro Branco - 39:17

Sounds amazing.

Mat Aleixo - 39:18

Have a good night.

Febyan Rustandy - 39:19

All right, you too. Have a good day. Thank you so much.

Mat Aleixo - 39:23

Ciao.
Mat Aleixo - 39:23

Ciao.

Febyan Rustandy - 39:23

Thank you. Ciao.
